Mam 1 doubt enga amma ku thyroid operation 27 years munadi pananga nw she gain weight 120 kg..1year before she got in to knee pain problem.. she's struggling to walk inside home. So if we are checking with doctors they are asking to reduce weight but she's unable to walk.. whn knee pain s dhr she should do walking or not? Pls let me knw
