Where does the flap get stapled to on a truss? I see everyone all over the place some say bottom, some say the side of the chord. I’ve read inspectors say it’s against code to do it to the side cause it creates a void for fire to run. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Late… I’m not a professional so take it at face value’ I’ve always used duct foil tape the stuff you use on foam board seems / metal ducts It’s a shiny silver foil looking tale in the hvac Dept.

Shouldn't the facing be facing the outdoors? Because that's where all the moisture is coming from?

I was hoping you'd show unrolling and "fluffing" before installing
