KNAPP Klick @ GANNOMAT
With the GANNOMAT Index routing work for the KNAPP Klick connector (furniture fitting system) can be carried out quickly and professionally with CNC control.
The KNAPP Klick is a hidden double dovetailed snap-on connector, which also can be used in connection with wooden dowels, e.g. as location dowel.
Application (excerpt): invisible fastening of decorative strips, ceiling panels, glueing aid by miter corners (with a routed pocket on both sides), and many more.
GANNOMAT Index, the machining center with compactness, efficiency, quality and flexibility.
The optional routing unit of the GANNOMAT Index can be equipped for example with a routing bit. With this, for example, the profile groove for the KNAPP Klick connector system can be easily routed.
The Index machine concept enables up to 4 workpieces to be positioned at 4 stops. Programming is carried out using the Index machine's simple and tried-and-tested programming interface. The program is called up via the machine software itself or optionally via a barcode.
