KLM flight 8095 was a routine long haul flight from Lakewood international to Big rock international. As the 747 was climbing the door flew off the plane, causing rapid decompression. The door was only hanging on by a few strings of metal. It eventually completely flew off and hit the center fuel tank causing it to explode. The 747 lost control and flew into the traffic pattern of Southcoast. It almost hit a AN-124 inbound for volcano international! The 747 eventually lost parts of its left wing, it went down on a small desert island and exploded. Of the 389 people on board, only 7 survived the crash.
