Yeah sanchai is very good n very skillful fighter but i think buakaw is much more better than him in stamina, strong body.

Wang Weihao was not bad at all, it's just that his opponent was Buakaw. 9:46 That low kick was fast, but that nasty block, using the strongest part of the knee (below kneecap) to kill the low kick! That hurt a lot! An opponent used it on me before and OUCH.

He is Rama 9, the former Thai king. He was a beloved leader for over 70 years and built over 476 Royal Projects to educate and employ Thais. I'm not Thai but this was a great man.

Much respect to Buakaw's opponent for stepping up to fight. But damnnnn i'm not sure what his team told him before agreeing to fight Buakaw. Dude ended up looking confuse, all his power and skill moved got blocked by Buakaw.

He did quite well. Just got rocked early. To be honest Buakaw wanted headkick knockout 100% man. You can see it in his eyes. Wang was lucky!

Buakaw anger is obvious after twice underbelt kick (which occur to another Thai boxer earlier, that one was sent to hospital bcos of ball kick). That must be why Buakaw intend to knock Wang down completely.

Wang never trained in MT, he is a Sanda fighter and used Sanda, watch his side stance, in and out tactic, and side kick. In fact, he is one of the more traditional Sanda fighters in Wulinfeng.

Sanda might have had influence from Japanese kickboxing (which is a combination of boxing and karate, not MT) in the beginning, but there are no evidence PRC had any MA exchange with Thailand until the 1990s. It has its own internal training system with its own ruleset. Sanda pacing is faster, with sidekicks and front roundhouse kicks thrown much more than MT, and it often combos on the same side, such as back roundhouse followed by back hook. Sanda wrestling comes from Chinese Shuaijiao, especially fast wrestling which contains techniques not found in freestyle (such as a trip followed by leg takedown).

@@bohu9522 Japanese kickboxing itself is a combination of Muay thai and Karate ... also the Chinese wrestling is just a European Wrestling ie Wrestling as we all know it today. In the end, Sanda is 100% not Kung fu. Its just that.

The character we use to transcribe "-kaw" is pronounced like in Thai in Cantonese, but "Chiu" in Mandarin, that's why.
