Those are great pliers and good for what they are and money spent

You have a factory reject and just return it!!! I have used klein tools for the past 67 years, and they are great!!!! I have bought that exact tool, and I don't like the spring operated tool!! I have the crimping version, and I love them!!!!

Mine are like that but work great I added some 3 in 1 oil and that helps with them opening more. Every time I get or buy a pair of pliers I always oil them cause they don't put enough oil 🛢 or lubricant for them to work right. I love klein tools ⚙ cause they stand behind their tools and meters and make sure you are satisfied to the hilt to have good quality tools for the professional and like.

People confuse needle nose pliers with long nose pliers. Needle nose pliers do not have side cutters and long nose pliers do come with side cutters. Needle nose pliers are slimmer and thinner than long nose pliers I found out the hard way. I am not trying to burst anyone's bubble or make anyone feel upset I am just saying. Besides the video says a combination of long nose pliers and strippers.
