The game has been converted without being compressed, compression level 0 can in some cases create problems, for better compatibility you should use level 1. Open the PBP with PSX2PSP; Extract the BIN file; Convert the BIN back to PBP with compression 1.

Been trying to get Skullmonkeys to work on my Vita under 6.61 Adrenaline for the last hour. All other Skullmonkeys eboots would just freeze right after the PSX boot screen, and so far I was able to get this eboot to work until just the Skullmonkeys logo right after the PSX boot, then it just hangs at a black screen. Getting closer but still not there yet, I'll keep working on it for any other Vita owners out there.

Bobby Worrest Sorry, I think I've given up at this point. In addition to using these hacked eboots I also used the PSX to PSP eboot creator and tried every single possible setting to convert multiple ISO and BIN files of Skullmonkeys, still never worked. Works fine on a PSP, just not on a Vita. If the Vita's PSX emulator had the POPS plugins I could mess around with I could probably get it to start working, unfortunately it doesn't.

Have the same issue. Just got here to redownload it and try again with the latest popsloader (v4i) for 6.61. The hard freeze on black screen is the standard reaction to the wrong POPS loading so hopefully that'll help. It reportedly works fine on Infinity but not on Adrenaline so the results may vary.

The password "Skwoz" works for the first 7z folder. After unzipping, there's another 7z folder that's password protected and which password isn't "Skwoz" :/ HELP! (thanks in advance)

That is because these are "unsigned" packages. You need to softmod your PSP emulator, use M33 with POPs, it has supreme PS1 emulation. Or just run it without Adrenaline.

Need that Klaymen Klaymen English translation! Contact me, I'd love to check it out (beta or whatever)

Sounds good. I found the file on that Russian site you were talking about but I can't get it to play it on my Vita running PSP homebrew. Maybe your file is different, fingers crossed.

PRO C has terrible PS1 emulation... I never got any PS1 game to play with it. Downgrade your PSP and use M33 with POPS.
