Kiwi is a summer fruit, right?
So I made a cream cake full of kiwi.
It's more delicious than buying it.
You see the strawberry cake in my profile picture?
I tried to make it the same way with kiwi instead of strawberries. Heeheehee
I refer to Jador's recipe for sheet and whipped cream.
The fruit cake recipe is my pick.
The cake sheet is made by public method of whipping warp at once.
It is said that it is easier to whisk yolk and white separately and mix them separately.
The sheets made with the separation method were a little rough for me.
I like soft, moist-textured cakes, so I make them public law!

- Cake sheet 1.5 cm 1 sheet, 1 cm 2 sheets
2 eggs
54g of sugar
12g of honey
Vanilla Extra 3g
45g of flour.
9g of cornstarch
9g butter
12g of milk
- Syrup
30g of sugar
15g of water
- Whipped cream
300g whipped cream
Mascapone 60g
21g of sugar

    키위케이크 단면샷 너무 예뻐용!! 취저에욤ㅎㅎ저도 잘은 모르지만.. 제누와즈를 굽고 하루숙성 뒤 다음날 작업하면 촉촉해져서 가루가 덜 나오는것 같더라구요(제경험상ㅎㅎ) 그치만 너무 예쁜 키위케이크 만드셨는걸요👍🥰잘보고 갑니당

    밑에 시트는 1.5cm 이고, 위에 시트는 1cm 입니당🤍
