Kitty, Daisy & Lewis is a three-piece band comprising the siblings of the Durham family. Their music is influenced heavily by R&B, swing, jump blues, country and Western, blues, Hawaiian and rock 'n' roll. They are all multi-instrumentalists playing guitar, piano, banjo, lapsteel guitar, harmonica, double bass, ukulele, drums, trombone, xylophone and accordion between them. Kitty Daisy & Lewis were one of the opening acts in North America for Coldplay's Viva La Vida Tour.
They have supported artists such as Jools Holland, Mika, Billy Bragg, Mark Ronson and Razorlight at London's Earls Court Arena.
They also played the main stage at Bestival in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 as well as playing twice at Glastonbury in 2007 and 2008. They have featured in Vogue and performed on Blue Peter. The band also featured in the 2008 documentary We Dreamed America about the influence of American roots music on British musicians.

Drummer has mystical eyes. Superb music.
So happy to have recently found these guys. This whole family is so talented and compliment each other perfectly. And then there's Daisy. Jumpy Daisy I call her and I love her energy and high spiritedness. I could watch a video focusing on her playing something, apparently it doesn't matter what cause she's going to play them all the same way.

Hello Michale… I was in Germany for 3 years, 6 months in Gelnhausen and 2 1/2 years in Hanau. I loved it there. Miss the food and especially Henninger bier. Greetings from Milwaukee Wisconsin, USA (We make Beer here too)

Nothing flash about these kids. Love all their vintage instruments. That Gretsch that Lewis is playing has the pick guard fixed on with gaffer tape !!

As fond as I am of their music, I just know that those 2 parents must feel so proud of their kids and their accomplishments in music, and that they have a way to make an income together! And those kids must think they have the rockin' coolest parents in the world! What a family!
