Sorry to constantly be commenting but I would suggest to move his food & drink away from the litter as cats do not want to eat near where they poop! (I've had cats since I was 5 years old and now I am 48 so I have a lot of experience, that's why I know those little details.... I don't judge you ability to be a good cat mummy, you are obviously doing the best you can, that's for sure💖!!)
