Absolutely! Momma cat will make sure her kids are ok. If you see a mother cat with kittens - always approach and build trust with the mother cat first. You need her permission before interacting with her kittens - and that will take time.

He was eating perfectly fine by that age. However, his mom is still living with us and so is he. They are both fixed. He was an only kitten also and had a bit of separation anxiety growing up. He’s 1 year today, we got him 2 kittens to play with when he was 6 months.

Rumour has it that the kitten's had *TEN* feedings since the morning. 😆

We had two outdoor cats in our backyard; a mom and her child. My mom would always fed them with whatever leftovers we had which they liked. One unfortunate day I saw the young one dead. I assume it succumbed to a sickness that we didn't know. I didn't get too attached to them but it was still sad to see one of them go fly high little cat
