School lunches are needed for full time working parents. I agree the choices are not healthy but not all parents can provide a lunchbox everyday due to their work schedules, many ppl work overnight as well.

I do understand your concern about school lunch, but also understand that not all parents can afford home cooked meals either it is due to time constrain or economical or both. School have these low price meals to make sure those kids are well fed. Also these are the things kids learn as their personal developments, how to deal with this kind of attractions (things that other have) without getting effected by it. for example my younger one used to crave for chicken nuggets in play-school seeing other kids eating it and we are vegetarian so he can't have that. I was going above and beyond to find recipe and not only just make veggie nuggets but also in same shape as chicken because he was more attracted to the shape. But eventually realized they have to face this and come out of that phase on their own. We running that extra mile for once in a while make sense to make kids happy but not helping them on long run or for us.

Suchi I always make yogurt with home made yogurt starter.. Switch on the oven light n n leave the yogurt under that light.. bohot jaldi banta hai .. I do the same in winters..😊

I have used regular store yogurt and add it in milk and then use yogurt function in instant pot. The yogurt(dahi) comes out fantastic.

Lovely video! You can make yogurt using store bought yogurt or the one sold in the Indian store (think it’s called Desi Dahi). My mom always has success with store bought yogurt. You can use the yogurt setting in the Instant Pot.

Hi suchi, when I wanted cast iron tawa last year, I saw ur vlog at that time and bought from lodge. Now I am using from one year... It's very nice.... I make curd at home. I couldn't get proper curd by keeping in oven. It became like creamy flowing jelly kind... After One day the texture wasn't good. But , One of my punjabi friend here told to heat milk completely till it reaches maximum, then allow it to cool to like warm temperatures. Then wrap with a wollen cloth r shawl and keep it in cupboard which is not opened frequently. If you do this in the night , by morning it will be really turned into nice curd. This method worked for me really good.. I used savera brand curd. If astro r hans is used then texture wasn't good it became flowing jelly 😄 In the method u followed, tell us whether the curd turned out good r not.... It will be helpful....

You can make dahi in instant pot in yogurt option for 5 hrs. Its very easy

Put one or two green chillies while making curd..it will set soon & very nicely

Suchi I usually boil my milk in microwave cool it a bit then add jaaman and keep in microwave It works well Else u can add two red dry chilies on top of milk after adding jaaman and keep in microwave it works well too

You can use instant pot to make yoghurt( if you have that option in instant pot).

Lovely vlog ...I literally enjoyed ... Tfs recipes ...u can set curd by buying curs from indian store ..Nanak yogurt. In Most curd ..they remove fat culture ..that's why curd is not being set. Apna wala curd from Indian stores..buy that ..set it. Keeping in oven is best place for setting.Microwave mein bahut disturbance hai like keep opening for meal heating purpose. Keyush making ice balls and delivering to all houses ..that was so cute...also fast forward track seems like Charlie Chaplin edit😂💕👌👍❤❤ Take care Suchi.
