the easiest way is to just get nutella and add a splash of milk in it and mix mix mix until its smooth and runny, then dip ur washed and dried strawberries in it and VOILA.... to make it more fancy get a pack of white chocolate and dip it in hot water in its wraper until fulllyyyy melted then cut a tiny hole and spread across the chocolate covered strawberries to make em fancyy. :D

Recipe for chocolate covered strawberries: 1. Wash and dry strawberries 2. Cut off stem of strawberries 3. Put chocolate in bowl (oven safe) and add oil in chocolate 1-2 tbsp oil is enough 4. Heat chocolate in microwave or stove 5.If you’re heating the chocolate in microwave then: heat for 15 secs, take out bowl, mix the chocolate, heat again for 15 secs, mix the chocolate and repeat the process until chocolate is not melted this process will prevent burning 6. Dip strawberries in chocolate 7. Freeze Tips: Use dairy milk chocolate and one whole bar of chocolate

use double boiler method, place the chocolate bar in a glass bowl and pour some milk on it. Put a pot half filled with water on the stove and place the bowl with chocolate floating on the water in the pot, as the water in the pot starts boiling with big bubbles turn off the gas and let the chocolate melt from the steam, while mixing it with the milk to get the desired consistency, can add more milk until the chocolate becomes silky and viscous.

hira and ur mother was right...u should add milk ...Basically u hv to add chopped dark chocolate/milk chocolate or chocolate chips in little amount of milk and heat it...that makes a fine, smooth chocolate dip to coat anything..i also made in oven but u hv to check it after 15 sec ...1min tou kbhi nhi dete😉

One recipe that has worked for me many times: Get a full bar and a half of 'cooking' chocolate and place them in a thick glass container also called a double boiler. Place the glass container or double boiler on top of a saucepan that has boiling water in it. That way the chocolate won't be directly exposed to the heat from the stove and instead it will melt from the steam. once the chocolate has decently melted, turn off the heat and keep stirring it so that there are no lumps and let it cool down a bit before dipping in the strawberries. Before refrigerating the strawberries, wait for a few minutes. PS. NEVER use a thin class container/double boiler over the saucepan otherwise there will be another disaster, make sure to use a thick one and put it over the saucepan

You have to use chocolate couverture, if you can get this in Pakistan. It gets hard after a few minutes. Or just use Nutella:)
