Neat concept. Won't work on square welded duct every thing about every hood system shown is completely against building and fire code here in the states. Show me cleaning a oriental hood system and the system is up to code but well past the cleaning date like they always do and it come clean. I will sell what ever body parts needed to buy the equipment.

It is impossible get it perfectly clean, the main goal is to prevent extreme build up of of oil and fat to avoid fire hazards and maintain good airflow
