The kitchen brigade or brigade the cuisine is the level or the position of working of different people in a hotel kitchen.
Objective:
a) to know the basic history of kitchen brigade
b) to know and understand the basic hierarchical chart of a kitchen in a five star hotel
c) to know about the tasks of different employee in a kitchen as per their hierarchy.
