KISS - Wouldn’t You Like to Know Me? (live debut by KISS!) KISS Kruise 2016-11-06
I've been lonely but i feel alright
You got another baby, hold him tight, you know
You been pushin' and you won't get me tonight
I've been your lover, but i'm not your fool
You want to to teach me but i'm not in school, you know
You been pushin' and you won't get me tonight
You come a-crawlin', but you're much too late
You've got the key, but babe i locked the gate
I tried to call you when you were not home
Nobody likes to spend the nights alone
Wouldn't you like to know me
And wouldn't you like to show me you care
Wouldn't you like to take me
And wouldn't you like to make me, whoo yeah
You're good lookin' so you get your way
You been lucky, baby, not today, because
You been pushin' and you don't get me tonight
You come…

Such an underrated song. I can understand why Kiss would never play this song live until '16, but this song still sounds great. Paul wrote great songs that stood the test of time. This song is always on any Kiss playlist I put together. 👏🏼

This is true. Also, Tommy and Eric seem like nicer people. As much as I love the original Kiss, all four were pretty damaged human beings back in the day, but Peter and Ace didn't seem so nice to some of their fans. I know a few personal stories from people who spent time with them and they were pretty heartless creatures back then. Who knows it could have been the way the drugs made them at that time. Gene and Paul are icons, but they seem to talk the talk but not really walk the walk when it comes to their fans these days.

@GIL Favor Ace certainly did sell the most solo albums. The facts are easy to read. You should look those up. Or find the very fun backstage interview w/Gene and Paul from 1990, on the HITS tour. They both admit Ace sold more

  • @javtimestwo

    @javtimestwo

    Жыл бұрын

@Coogan Ace's album sold the most. There is no debate. Look up an interview w/Gene and Paul during the HITS tour 1990-they are backstage, after a concert and they admit Ace sold the most solo albums. now units sold and how many units returned are not the same. so which do you want to discuss? sold or returned? because you are correct, millions(collectively) of Kiss '78 solo albums were returned to the record company.
