they are so bold for speaking out about disrespect SA, bullying and disrespect and mockery against celebrities in a storyline that talks about how women are seen as always in the wrong when they fight injustice. kiss of life is making a brave stand by stating that violence and rebeliousness is a valid response to violence and opression against us. this is so rare in kpop.

thats why I'm making it a point to support this group to the max. Like comment copy links stream buy albums. Man if there's any group this generation ima do it for, it just might be kiss of life. They have me totally on board. edit: keep in mind that scenes of female kpop idols standing up to men explicitly SA them in public and touching them without consent (slow grip on Natty’s knees and using his knee to spread Julie’s) is unheard of in kpop beyond a quick swat to the perpetrator’s hands. this is not a small little “you can’t touch me” moment. this is a very vivid and clear depiction of women physically standing up to SA. Make no mistake- this is not peusdo-activism. This is a bold step for feminism in kpop. addressing disrespect toward idols and bullying in schools by showing BOTH sides to the story is also a very timely social commentary given what’s happening in the community right now

I’ve got two things to say: 1. Their music videos are always like a whole kdrama in a 4 min video 2. The budget their company puts into Kiss of Life is insane. It really goes to show that they trust their artist will make sales. Heck, this small company gives more budget than some of the big companies give to their big artists. Gotta respect a company that actually trusts their artists!

It seemed like they were the bad ones in the "bad news" MV, but in the "nobody knows" MV, they revealed the backstory and proved that what you see isn't always the truth. I love how their music videos are always connected. Love KIOF. Love born to be xx.

Taemin for example, he worked with a fking p3d0 art director, remember that Sherlock photoshoot? Also, he was bullied at school to the point that Shinee members had to walk him to school to keep him safe. Young alarming idols have always been there, but as the industry grows, we shouldn't overlook these problems

Complete But for Haneul, after she tried to help a bullied girl, she gets bullied instead. That's why Belle was very upset when she saw the bully girl on TV with her rich father 00:08. Therefore, all girls had a big mission to unmask this family by spreading the corruption top secret. And finally, Complete for Haneul's Tips: the scene that Natty murdered her boyfriend, there was a man record the video 02:27. That is the reason she chasing him on the end credits. The agency has MONEY !!! THE CEO WERE BEHIND THE SCENE OF CUBE GROUP NOTABLY 4MINUTE and Hyuna. That's why they debuted kiss of life so easily after hot issue. They planned on releasing 5 PROJECT group not long term group just to see how far they would go if they exceed a good amount of album.

I love how this gives context to what's happening in Bad News! By just watching the first MV you think they're incredibly badass but you wonder if those people really deserved what was happening to them, almost making Kiof the "villains", but this paints a completely different, way larger story. It's a cautionary tale to wait and get full context before judging something.

이상한 컨셉이랑 억지 스토리 부여하는게 세계관이아니라 이런게 진짜 세계관이지싶다 후속곡과 이어지는데 단순히 노래가 같은주제를 다뤘거나 뮤비 내용만 타이틀곡과 같은세트로 이어졌다면 이런 감정 못 느꼈을텐데 단순 이어짐이 아니라 보이는음악이라는 강점의 케이팝이 전할 수 있는 세계관... 심지어 가사만 봤을 땐 서로 연관성이없다 생각들 수 있는데 단순 걸크러시 컨셉 노래가 아니였다는걸 뮤비에서 안티플롯으로 구성해버린게 하...굉장히 충격받았다 너무 너무 좋다 데뷔가 2달 정도만 빨랐어도 올해 신인상 무조건 받았을텐데
