For being their 60's, they still sound great. It broke my heart when they started tuning their guitars down, but I get why they're doing it. I wish Paul could still sing like he used to. I wish I could sing like I used to 20 years ago. Although I wasn't crazy about the Monster album, I'm glad KISS is still able to do what they do. Eric and Tommy are just as much a part of KISS as Ace and Peter were. Paul and Gene said themselves they aren't going to be a band too much longer. Let them have their time while they still can. At this point in their lives, they're doing it because its still fun. Money or not. It's still KISS. At least to me it is.

Great Sound...The Best Band in the World....KISS Forever!

KISS is just the best, and they're still kickin' asses. Would I like to see Peter and Ace returnin to the band? Of course, and likewise Bruce . But KISS today is Paul, Gene, Eric, Thommy, and they're awesome this way. Naturally, bands change by the years. Anyway, KISS are still KISS. Just the hottest band in the world.

I know people hate on this lineup and say this isn't the real Kiss, but I'm a younger fan and for me, this is Kiss. Sure, Ace has a much more rock star personality and is a great guitar player, but Tommy Thayer is pretty good at guitar too. Also, Eric is a much better drummer than Peter ever was.

Orlando Figueroa Peter is "No Good" next to Eric Singer , Ace Is One Of My Fav Guitar Players Always Has Been Always Will Be , But He Is Also "No Good" Next To Tommy Thayer. Those 2 Are Bad Ass And Great Guys In General , Met Em Both 2 Times. But Musically Tommy/Eric Are Better Players And Give KISS That Sound They Lacked , I've Been A KISS Fan Since 75 And Will Be Till I Die !

Saw them one time live, 1980 Dynasty tour. They were fantastic . They are rock royalty.

Kiss is awesome no matter what people say

I don't know what some of you guys are talking about, I think they sound great. KISS is one of my favorite bands, been listening to them for as long as I can remember.

This is one of the best mini concerts that I have seen in a long time. I think Eric Singer is awesome on drums, and I can't complain about Tommy either!. Pauls voice may be rough, but I think Eric could take over on some of Pauls song's (He's got a pretty good voice!). I remember Eric Carr did a few of Genes songs in concert (He was Awesome). As farr as I'm concerned, KISS was in the Hall of Fame many years ago!, The Fans Hall of Fame.

everyone is entitled to their opinions. I have mine. I think it's cool they can still get up there and Rock and look bad ass doing it. Yeah-it's old and maybe worn thru but it's Kiss man! Back in 75' Kiss got me into Rock n Roll guitar playing. Huge thanks to Ace (Love ya' dude) and the albums- Destroyer and Rock n Roll over, those did it for me. I only saw them in Cleveland in 1977, to this day the best show i ever seen. Thanks Kiss for your contributions to Rock n Roll and inspiring and motivating me.

They play their own instruments and do not have to use a laptop like today's singers or whatever you call them. They have nothing to enhance their voices just pure gritty rock! If you were even half as good maybe you would have your own band and be famous instead of being on the internet all day putting people down! True Story!

And they've been playing some old stuff and some obscure stuff like Creatures of the Night, Parasite, Do You Love Me, King of the Night time World, War Machine, and Psycho Circus.

KISS! still sound like the best

I like it........The sound is more like the old Kiss. The guitarist is keeping more in ace's style which gives it a great Kiss sound. Nice to here their getting back to their roots.

LOL. This group was hot when I was 10 (I'm 51 now). My friend Sammy was a fan in 5th grade. He loved these guys. I liked the exploding amps when I saw them on TV as a kid. That was cool.

i think your off by a couple years..i am 53...kiss didn't get "hot" until i was 14...which would make you 12 then....just say'n

I was at Dayton Hara Arena during the Kiss Alive tour. Loved them then, love them now. They have endured like no other's. Let them age gracefully and shut the hell up if you can't live with that.

I've been a KISS Fan since '76 and they are still my Fav Band however... I won't put a dime on the New "Fake' KISS but I will spend thousands on the original; true KISS. I bet there are more like me out there. I would rather hear Original KISS on a bad day than New KISS on a good day. That's just my opinion. Shout it Out Loud!!!

Hi everybody im from Mexico....Good concert.....but.....i really miss to Ace and Peter i miss so much....i´m fan Kiss since 1976 when i was 9 years old..now i´m 47 years old i like KISS but to me KISS= GENE PAUL ACE PETER...OK!!!!!!

Missed a great close up show. I guess one has to be part of the fan club to know they were playing at the House of Blues on Sunset Strip. Wow great job guys you rock!

the plain truth is,as long as people keep buying tickets and watching them live KISS will always be great,it takes the audience to make a band big,not the other way around!

Its not that someone at 65 cant still "Rock and Roll", by all means there are those that still can. But at that age, can they still put on the type of quality show that KISS is known for? Im not so sure. I give all of them an A for effort. and Gene a "D" for DOLLARS, thats all he care about it.

All you haters can say what you will, but this was pretty damn cool. Paul's voice held up, tommy sounded more like Ace than Ace does, Eric is a great drummer, and Gene sounds the same as he always did. Yes they're older, and so are you. Get over it.

Awesome to see these guys still going strong and doing what they love! Come back and talk shit when you're 63!

It's cool to watch them on arsenio hall in the 90s and then see him introduce them here, makes me believe he is a legit fan.

Once upon a time, KISS was the dark and dangerous band that the parents warned you about, KISS still has the show, the make up but they are no longer the dark and dangerous. I have an idea Paul, you want to start being nice, go to Disneyland and play for them every damn night. Shut up and just play.

Paul sounds better now in 2013/2014 than he's done since about 2007 when he started sounding pretty bad. Sounded good on Monster tour and great on Jimmy Kimmel some weeks ago! Keep it up man

you can't tell the difference between Ace and Tommy or Peter and Eric to know it was a new pic.must be a casual fan to not know the difference.

Paul sounds better than he has recently. The band sounds tight and look like they still enjoy playing so who am I to judge? Ace will always be my favorite in the band but he was given multiple opportunities with the band and wasn't able to keep it together. I hope they keep playing as long as they are physically able. KISS belongs in the Hall of Fame and I hope they just enjoy the event.

They should only be aloud to call it Half Kiss! hehehe

Pretty good set from Kiss here...so much better than some of the stuff that's been getting put up from the last tour. It's just a shame that there isn't a single fan in the audience. They're all standing think WTF are we meant to do at a rock gig, so they do what they think they should...hold up their camera phones instead of banging their fuckin heads!!!

Just a funny thought but Kiss should hold a small concert where none of them sing but just have the crowd sing and tune everything back up. I had a hard time even understanding Cold Gin. It was tuned down so low, sounded bad

Sounds awesome Paul is great here and a cover band? What about Eric Carr? Bruce kulick? vinnie? Mark St. John? Nobody called them a cover band THIS is kiss and if you don't like this or how they sound you are not a member of the kiss army!! You cat expect them to sound how they did in the 80-90s their 62 and put on a better show then any modern music group!!! KISS IS KISS AND THEY ARE THE BEST!

Eric Carr, Vinnie , mark, and Bruce were never actually in the band. They were hired replacements. They never had partnership like Ace and Peter.

why is Eric wearing patches on his vest of Peter,that's kinda strange.Eric is a great drummer though.
