Billy Price in some cases, you can even say the drummer is the best singer in that band. I’ve heard it before, the drummers to me always stand out amongst the rest of the band, which is what I like the most about them

That's one of the best comments, I've seen recently below the KISS concert with Eric and Tommy ! If you're a real fan, you should be happy that there's still somebody who gives the power which keeps the band strong and powerful after many goddamn years. I'm with you ! Rock'n'Roll!!!

Good lord, this proves that KISS STILL has it! Singer did a pretty good job if I say so myself, and these guys are playing better than ever. KISS is one of those bands that sounds better live than in the studio if you ask me, if someone were to ever ask me to attend a KISS concert, I'd do it in a heartbeat. And Black Diamond truly is an incredible song, one of their best ever!

I love Eric Carr and i always will! The day he entered KISS everyone knew Carr was a brutal drummer. We all miss him. But Eric Singer is a fantastic drummer and a great singer. Don't make Eric's passing reason to depreciate Singer's qualities. He is a great drummer and widely regarded as such. Ace was sensational back in the seventies. But every KISS fan has "romantic" notions about Ace. He fucked up big time. Alcohol, drugs, laziness you name it. Nowadays Tommy can play circles around Ace.

well for those of you who where not around when kiss hit the scene, they helped to redefine rock, in fact were it not for them you not have the bands you have today. As far as they are too old, well let's see you do a 20 gig tour while in your fifties, any way the haert of the group is still there and beating, all the members they ever had are truly great in their own right. My hat is off to any band that can still pull that kind of a show no matter how long they have been on the scene.

Great performance on this song, especially by Eric Singer. He hits every note perfectly, and more importantly, with PASSION....and he's playing drums, too. Amazing indeed.

I've seen all three KISS drummers - Peter, Eric Carr (met him), and Eric Singer. Eric Carr brought real rock power to KISS, and Singer is continuing that legacy. All three made contributions to the KISS we know today. Amanda, I think you'd have loved Eric Carr's style had you seen him in concert!

Of course Peter Criss will always be the Catman, but give some respect to Eric. First off, it’s not his fault he’s wearing the Catman makeup, Gene and Paul told him to, same with Tommy. And at least he did something different, a lighter green color and larger green around the eyes. Second off, he’s a damn great drummer, the way he plays, it kinda looks like he’s dancing, which is awesome. Also in interviews, he seems like a great dude, he’s not a putz. And he’s got a good singing voice. So while I wish he had a different design and the fact Peter will always be the true Catman, I respect and like Eric.

Great set list and performance. If only it had God of Thunder.

I prefer the powerful punch that comes with Eric Carr's version but can't deny this is also enjoyable. Both talented men with very different styles. Just my opinion.

To be fair eric singer is a good singer.

everyone is complaining on eric singer taking over the make - up and the drumming position, but he has been tossed like a glove back and forth... i mean it can't be easy to take over after eric carr (best drummer ever) and get hated by everyone, then to get kicked because peter is coming back just for 5 years then get pulled back in for 1 year just to get kicked again because peter wanted to be a part of alive iv... so don't give him such a hard time i mean it can't be easy for him Kiss forever!

its good version, of the song, Peter did it best. and everyone else is cover and thats ok. long live rock.

I've never been sure about why they did it but when Carr was in the band they played every song like 2x faster then with anyone else. Didn't like it at all, which is why I prefer Singer over the other two, but I'm also biased because Unholy is still one of my top 3 KISS songs. With War Machine (Carr) and Calling Dr. Love (Peter) so I'm not THAT biased I guess. lol
