I'm a teenager.. But I'm that much matured ki I understand these songs feels ❤🤞

The worst part of this song is you can't romanticize poverty. That was India 60 years ago. No matter how I love this song, I can't 'go there' -- a time when poverty was rampant in India, food wasn't enough, there was hardly any money to earn. Yet, when I look at my father, I realize that his generation had a lot to aspire, a lot to dream about and a lot of music to be happy with. It is tragic that when there was hardly any money in the film industry, there were lots of songs, a lot of music to hum and sing, and maybe, cry about, sob about. Today when the industry has a lot of money, it does not have that kind of soul-stirring music or lyrics. Result is we are humming too less, too infrequently. Money can't replace music.
