It's a worry because she escalated then run off. If I was her work colleague I would have a quite word. This could potentially cause issues for public and colleagues. My advice is stop think evaluate then act if necessary when no threat at that point. Sometimes less is more just a thought.

Anybody she has arrested needs to get their case re-opened imo. In this video she has said or done one lawful thing. And we have worked all our lives, lost family members in two wars and now we have to pay for a cop like this flouncing around our streets in a childish tantrum with so much disrespect for the public it makes my blood boil. The fact that she is so ignorant means she can only be doing her job under the colour of law and that carries up to 14 years in prison. If she could she would have gone hands on with an innocent man and hurt him - if I was a judge I would give her 3 years in prison and more if others came forward that have suffered as a result of her ignorance!

All of my children know the law far better than her and that is a very satisfying thing because I know that cops like this will never get away with their tyranny if they interact with my children. Big fan of your videos matt, I've had 1st hand experience of police abusing there powers, and then I learnt my rights. I love how you mug of the officers who try an abuse there powers 😅😅😅 cracks me up, keep up the good work.

About ten years ago my daughter was wrongly accused by two off duty coppers for not paying for her petrol. One of the idiots did almost two thousand pounds of damage to her car .yes just under two grand. Their "old school" inspector who investigated their crime against my daughter issued the costs of repairing her car. He sat in my lounge with tears in his eyes and openly told me that he could not wait to retire because of the appalling mentality of the modern copper. This country is in the shit big time.

Liked and subbed matey and well done for standing your ground and protecting your human rights! 👍 I too have had issues with Merseyside police and indeed filmed the interaction and posted it on my own channel for the VERY SAME reasons you did my friend, to point out their lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge of the law AND indeed their own code of conduct aswell as their total disregard for our human rights and just basic simple civility and respect towards us (the public). After all, lets face it, they are merely civil servants (WE pay their wages through taxpayers money) and they SHOULD be respectful of that I think! 🤔But instead, they TRY to issue threats, intimidation and use bully boy tactics to TRY and get what they want and they NEED to learn that it WILL NOT WASH with us anymore! 😡 Merseyside police are the countries worst police force for this and have the worst record when it comes to conduct and professionalism!!! As soon as they get a badge it comes with a MASSIVE ego and a chip on their shoulders, but when they find someone like us who A: KNOWS their rights, B: KNOWS the law (sometimes better than THEY do lol 😂 and C: Starts asking THEM the questions, they get all arsey and DO NOT like it! Had a friend who actually became a Constable...lasted 2 years and left. He said basically the same thing, all the wrong types do well, turbo charged egos everywhere and everyone is the enemy. I also have two friends who left the police force because of what they was told to be like to the citizenship ( basically everyone is an offender one way or another ) after graduation and being stationed. One left to be a probation officer and one to be a defense solicitor. Says it all really. The attitude is, If you are not with us you are against us.

I'am appalled by the attitude of sub-standard police to the public. This man is doing NOTHING WRONG but they continue to bully and harass him. The rude attitude of the girl is shocking and she should be ashamed of herself. It is another example of the police gang behaving in a way that others don't. It is perhaps due to the low level applicants they accept onto the force and may be a reflection of the low standard of training they undertake. Either way, it needs changing because this is unacceptable.

Very poor training and many police lack basic reasoning/ability to understand simple concepts. Amazing to watch sometimes as I used to believe police had to have a reasonable academic level which is clearly not always the case.

I've watched quite a few uploads showing this sort of bullying and intimidation, with little deference to procedure or what could be construed as fair policing. Everything that's going on has seemingly instilled an inflated focus on winding people up.

Exactly! Just walking down the road from Westfield last week and a Police van goes by with 6 cops inside with no face covering on. Thinking to my self...well that's odd. A minute later a Police minibus with 12 members of the mighty force and again none of them wearing any!? Must be a big family bubble! Shame they are not so brave when facing and beating protesters with their full face masks on.

Sadly I wouldn’t even grant her that title. All she is, is a stupid little bullied at school child. Grown up a bit and now wants to take her rage out on members of the public.

Police officer is a job title. Constable is a legal office. They are, for most intents and purposes, interchangeable. Why be picky for the sake of being picky?

Jumped out of the van like a couple of FBI agents, end up being told to wear a mask and got a telling off by the looks of it 😂

even the dog had more common sense than the cops in this one

I love it when they pull out equipment to take details when they no right to and get shot down in flames

She's the type of girl I tell my son to stay away from 👌

@@NKiani They are given a book with the law and then told to read it but they forget everything that's in it. There are some cops who carry the law book with them on duty and you will sometimes see them get out the book and check on a law.

The change in her body language was incredible!

Everyone needs to know the law - everyone, including silly little girls playing at being cops.

WOW Little Miss sure-of-herself needs to pay a bit more attention to her training manual. The attitude on her as well, my god.

PC 1516 must be one of the thickest police officers in the UK. Her and her colleagues ignorance of the law is frightning.

If she hides in van because of the camera the crooks will be having a field day in her area

She's a proper officer of the law right there. When the camera comes out she hides in the police van.

These officers don’t even know the law! It’s not illegal to take pictures of anything - including a crime scene I believe. And you don’t have to give your details - there’s a little thing called ‘the right to silence’.

Not only do they need training, they need to remember their oath and that they are there to keep the peace and to protect the public.

@hayley s Role: As far as I know, a Police Officer serves to maintain law and order in local areas by protecting members of the public and their property, preventing crime, reducing the fear of crime and improving the quality of life for all citizens.

Tyrants are us or what!! Both these tyrants need retraining, rude and ignorant. The Sgt or higher up should look at this footage and watch how rude these tyrants are and slap them how to deal with the public. Brilliant audit 👍
