Yup I was in a ugly place going through the knowledge that my marriage was over and I sat in my car in a parking lot and played this over and over and just cried tears of gratitude. I can relate to this song because when I was 14 I was bullied and called ugly, as much as I was strong back then it affected me now that I’m 18. A video of me was posted on KZread people were laughing at me. Even the people I called “friends” depression kicked in now that I was completing high school disturbed me from studying. But I fought it and now I’m stronger than ever. I thank God he stopped me from taking my own life and everything , depression, bullying,fake friends and low self esteem is now gone! To God be the Glory🤝

Can somebody anybody just pray for me I suffer everyday from from depression. I was shot 6 times and had my lung removed. I live with a Trach and everyday is struggle. It's a struggle to see how something so terrible could happen to someone so spirital. I honestly feeling like just giving up and not being here. But seeing how suicide effected my family once before I hold on and get through it. I have lost friends I've lost what little life I had and I feel so empty I just hope that when I wake up the next day will be better than the next but it never is. But all I need is a prayer and when I want to give up I listen to this song for comfort

I cry everytime I think about the goodness of my Heavenly Father.

I've been secretly struggling with depression on and off for 2 years from feeling unworthy and lonely. On my birthday last week I was listening to some Kirk Franklin song to start my day off right. This song came on right after, and I listened to the lyrics and instantly cried as I imagined God in my ear saying it's all gone. Afterwards I felt reborn. The night before, the weather app said it would rain on my birthday which it did that morning. But during the day as me and my parents were on the road heading to eat, I looked up to the sky and seen the blue sky breaking through the gray clouds and it eventually became clear. I knew then the storm was finally over..

This song lead me to giving my heart to God at age 14. I was saved and baptized with the Holy Spirit at 15. I'm now 20 and this song still gives me the overwhelming feelings I had when I first heard the song. This song completely changed my life. Sydney Nelson Hey I would like add, whenever I was lost, i found comfort hearing this song and the other gospels that when I heard this song along with Donnie Mcclurkin stand, I felt lifted with a sense of joy despite the problems and for some reason I in my heart I felt the healing power of the holy spirit. I'm glad that now at 27, I have been broken down to a graceful minded being and I hope the lord continues to use me because it takes a brave person to stand up against the worldly things. I love the compassion in people when they speak of the good things the Lord has done. Amen!

i lost my parents, my grandmother was homeless(yes I was dont make a big thing out of it) bullied in school had many and numerous attempts of suicide yet God has caught every tear I shed and his grace delivered me through all the pain that I encountered as a child and his Grace helped me. All of my past scars, disappointments and hurt is all gone now. Thank you Lord for loving me.

This song has pulled me through some very hard times, moments, days, weeks, months, years. And even now, when those old demons try to creep back, I just imagine me and the Lord fighting whatever comes. It was hard but finally I did and I am such a better person since. God showed me that I am beautiful, inside and out. Healed those deep scars and because of Him I can share this story, remembering a day that I couldn't. I don't have to read that page again. He loved me when I felt no one did, and He loves me now when I know I am loved. I can never stop praising the Lord Jesus Christ for where He brought me from. And if you trust Him, He will do the same for you.

The last time I listened to this song I was kid in a broken home bound up in anxiety and depression, getting lost in my imagination to cope with being rejected by my parents. And when I listened to this song I Imagined what it would be like to love living and being free from the things that were happening to me and I remember God touching my heart comforting me during those times. I'm not a kid anymore, and I had actually forgot about this song. But God led me back to this song today and I remembered the sad little girl I was and when it got the "It's Gone" part I completely fell to the ground bawling, because God is so faithful! Since I was that little girl I chased after God for him to heal me, and though I slipped many many times, he always helped me, and after walking with him for some time Everything, all the bitterness, pain, emptiness, inferiority, everything was Gone! He heard my pain and saw my tears and said "I'm gonna rescue you from everything." And as I listened to this song after all these years, I realized that he truthfully did! Praise God. Glorify his name! If there are any kids going through the pains of a broken home keep looking to God, he is hurt to see you where you are because he is your Father and he Loves you, run to him, he IS Faithful.

Who ever arranged the harmonies and blends in this song is absolutely musically dangerous.

This song has touched my heart in places i didnt eveb knew existed. I lost my father in 2005 then in 2018 i lost my youngest child and only son, he wa murdered, i buried him two months later, a weak after his burial, my younger and only brother suddenly died, in 2020 i lost my youngest daughter in Jan and then my mom 11 months later on Christmas eve. My heart has been shattered and destroyed all these years. Hearing this beautiful song for the first time in 2024 , my heart has felt joy for the first time since losing my family . Praise you my Lord God Thank you for the blessing that I call KIRK FRANKLIN🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Today is a rough day for me . I listen to this song to try and combat my depression so I can get up. I'm 56 year old and literally been struggling all my life to trying to achieve my education in order to change my circumstances of feeling cursed, not blessed but cursed . Feeling doomed in a life of poverty-stricken, no matter what . I'm in tears now my depression is bad and medication doesn't help.I'm asking my savior for extra strength today.

I said to Jesus, ‘I surrender to you completely’ and now God has me preaching His Word in the streets, with a nice job and a place for me to lay my head on a pillow. He will not leave you or forsake you.
