The Falcons defense had so much time on the field last year because the QB play was so inconsistent. They made so many stops. Even if it was a field goal they were not given enough credit.

I am all for keeping Justin Jefferson, but if there is any inkling he doesn't want to be there or we don't want to pay him what he wants, I would contact Arizona about trading him for their #4 pick (and whatever else makes it fair value) and draft Marvin Harrison Jnr, best player in the draft. It would free up a lot of money we wouldn't have to contribute towards JJ too. I would also look at trading this years two first round picks and whatever else to get up into the top of the draft to get a QB.

Will Falcons really be that good?..... well what if Bijan year 2, turns into Christian McCaffrey year 2! ???

Cousins is just not clutch; 4th and 8 and he throws a 3 yard check down and we're done. Yes, Atlanta has a better offensive line so we'll see but those of us here in Minnesota are done with Cousins.

He always lacked a defense. Did you know Cousins is the only QB to take a team into the playoffs with a defense that ranked bottom 3 in both points per game and yards per game? And he didn't just squeeze into the playoffs, he won 13 games. One game out of 1st place. Before he got injured last season he was leading the league in touchdown passes along with a 69.5% completion, 291 yards per game, and 104 passer rating. The defense gave up an average 28 points in his 4 losses.
