কিরগিজস্তানে আতঙ্কে রয়েছেন বাংলাদেশি শিক্ষার্থী ও কর্মীরা। তারা জানিয়েছেন, স্থানীয়দের মারমুখি আচরণে ঘরের বাইরে যেতে ভয় পাচ্ছেন। উজবেকিস্তানের দূতাবাসও যথাযথ নিরাপত্তা দিতে পারছে না বলে অভিযোগ তাদের। তবে কিরগিজস্তানে হামলায় কোনো বাংলাদেশি গুরুতর আহত হয়নি বলে দাবি পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর। এ নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগ দিচ্ছেন কিরগিজস্তানের বিশকেক ইন্টারন্যাশনাল মেডিক্যাল ইউনিভার্সিটির প্রভাষক ড. জাহাঙ্গীর গাজী।
