I wish i would have seen this before i bought it. I had to cut this unit because it was too long for me and i used my flat iron on lowest setting to get out some of those crinkles. And yes the ponytail is a pain

Yes you could but you a low temp so it doesn’t get too silky

I haven't tried any of the up down units

You can try but I don’t recommend it. They have styles that have curls in them already.
