If you watch the trailer you can actually use 2 heroes... Which indicates the games not gonna be that simple anymore

Looking at the towers & heroes is like watching bits of the previous games from both sides coming together. Former enemies & allies turning into towers for us.

Kinda wished they brought Asra back, but I like the new heroes designs

I made a drawing similar to the dune sentinels back in 2023 when I was predicting that kr5 would be a game that every bossfight in the last level of each area the era or year would change like for example after beating (medieval boss insert here) you would go into the renaissance then clear the (renaissance boss insert here) then you would be in the modern age

this might be dumb but KR5A will be similar to Vengeance in terms of towers? you can choose 5 to take with you with no 2 separate types at the end

I was really really REALLY hoping some of the heroes from the first game would return again. Mostly Sir Gearld again

There goes my favourite character design amongst all KR games series 1:07 I personally always liked the designs that plays on contrasts. Typically, when talking about female warriors in fantasy setting, we imagine something overly feminine or fragile-looking, often with lightness and smoothiness in the design. And then there's Raleyn, who looks like a middle between the demon from the nightmares, a slab of iron and a battle tank, with a giant sword the size of a person and contrasting feminine head.

I hope they make it so that you have to upgrade your soldiers, allowing them to have a more significant role other than cannon fodders.

I think our perception of this new tower system was kinda affected by the fact that the game that introduced it (Vengeance) was weaker than its predecessors. It's almost like we weren't able to see the whole potential of that system due to the partially poor balance and strange waves dynaimcs. Personally, i'm willing to give that system another chance.

I prefer this system, there is way more replay ability. in past games you would get into a system and just use the same set up for every level, but this game encourages lots of experimentation to find good combos

Kingdom rush I don't like the new development without the 2 path that you can choice to build 2 elite towers from 1 that was so much better and now much tower cost real money in a price game so sad I don't have any problem to buy heros or 1 or 2 but so much towers in vegance cost money it's really sad that this happen...

It's still the same as before. Before you only had 4 towers, and each one had 2 variants. In the end you could have 8 different towers. There are now 15 unique towers, of which 10 are free. That is, you would have 10 different towers, more than there were before.

Yeah but you can only equip 5 at once compared to being able to place 8 before. I like the equipping part but they should also give the branching off to these towers as well, example for the barracks one, the final upgrade branches off two specialising for attack or defence etc etc

Dante and Lucrezia relationship is back lets goooo I'm not sure if it comes from my comment to Ironhide about some ideas from Frontiers to expand list but still forgettable hero and side hero back to the fame again , I just hope that their child Anya fulfils hers parents expectations couse we are talking about best Hunter and best Vampire Slayer in the game. Designs are very cool a lot better than Vengeance in my sight in same tier with Origins , I'm new fan with new dragons .

Is this official? I'm waiting for Xin and Dante. I'm sure one of them will be back

So this is how lore turns out: Veznan takes full control of a part of the world, sends Denas to somewhere unknown, makes peace treats with other kingdoms to eliminate a way worse threat, once it’s over veznan attempts eliminating the rest of the nations, but fails as the lightseeker from the lokr already killed his priest that oversees the armies, so the armies are randomly scattered and veznan loses influence over the demons, starting a civil war, by the end veznan is defeated, imprisoned, denas finds a path to the light and the world goes in peace again
