Kingdom Mediae Terrae Bir Tawil 1U4UN Amateur radio station camp walkaround
Camp location of 1U4UN Amateur Radio Station from Kingdom Mediae Terrae Bir Tawil by HRM King Dmitri I
Operation took place in Kingdom Mediae Terrae Bir Tawil border line point near Bartazuga Mountain from April, 19 until April, 20 2016 and consisted more than 1,500 QSO's from what used to be a no-man's land BIr Tawil, landlocked between Sudan and Egypt. Note Sudanese border patrol camp at the end of the video located behind the border line in Sudan.
This is not disputed area, this is not demilitarized zone, this land is claimed by Dmitry Zhikharev on December, 17 2014
1U prefix was chosen with respect to ITU Radio Regulations (Article 19 and Appendix 42). Frequencies allocation for Amateur Radio services in Kingdom Mediæ Terræ Bir Tawil follow the ITU R1 allocation with respect to Region 1 bandplan including, but not limited to RR 5.67B and RR 5.80A Recommendations

Only after rain season there is some vegetation in the area. No planting just yet.

No, they do not "own" this place. Sticking your penis flag into the soil doesn't make you the owner of a territory. For an actual "country" you would also need a population with a sort of common identity and fortune as well as control over these people by state structures and institutions (such as police). Last but not least a land belongs to those who can defend it. The latter is not a rule of international law, but of reality.

Exactly. People of Bir Tawil can and do defend their land. We have a 3,400 people here.

well get pick and hope to find oil,sell it and trade for money and then buy things to start planting some trees what could rise moist in area to lure some clouds to get some rain,also other ways to get water is your pee what need to purify first
