It's why I believe that Ava may be the traitor to MoM's cause but in all reality MoM is the true traitor that put them down the path to the war they were all trying to avoid.

If MoM knew that Ava would try to betray him and replace one of the Dandelion leaders, does that mean MoM also chose Sterlitzia as a fake Dandelion leader so that Ava, knowing her eventual betrayal, would unknowingly pick Brain as the 'virus', but it was actually MoM's pick all along?

Exactly! I'm thinking that when Lauriam finds out that someone offed his sister he's going to lose it, potentially attacking the person that isn't on the list. The data Daybreak Town already seems quite unstable, if the union leaders start fighting and breaking stuff who knows what will happen. The chaos will allow Luxu to bequeath the keyblade to one of the five and then the whole world will be destroyed and the dandelions scattered though time, which is what the MoM needs to happen. I'm looking forward to these next few updates hahaga

I do believe that too. And because of that, i think it will be Brain who inherits the no name Keyblade, so the MoM can keep watching this "virus" and the next generations

It fits perfectly to have Ava as the traitor, and its the perfect setup for a Nomura surprise because people love Ava! Imagine if she is "Darkness" though?? I would lose any sense I have left from this game lol. Great vid btw!

Meanwhile, Ava hears the truth while trying to figure out what will happen post war from Luxu and does not believe it and strikes at him, causing the bells to toll for the Keyblade War. If that doesn't basically tells us that she is the traitor, I'm not sure what does.

Well the Master of Masters did tell Ava not to get involved in any battles. And in that moment she got into a battle with Luxu. So yeah she's a traitor.

it would also make sence because she tecknicaly did start the war, and worked agenst them withought even meaning to do it. her good intentions made her the trator. thats the tragidy of her story because she ment none of it, she was trying to help not hinder. it would not be surprising that afterwords she went fuck it and whent down the deep end because what happened would distroy most people.

Well... snap. That makes a ton of sense. And I wouldn't have suspected Ava, either, and it hurts if this is true, knowing how far she would go to try to change the future... and still play into the Master's hands.

This just shows how smart the Master was. Luxu was the first to be given his role first and the Gazing Eye to observe. He made sure the the keyblade would be passed down to see the future. Even though Ava placed Brain amongst them he would have a way to counter it.

Yeah but you can't fault Ava for trying. She was just one girl with quick thinking up against the guy who literally saw everything Through The Eyes of others. I also think that the master intense for Ava to help the player, the new foretellers, and the rest of the dandelions to escape the data world and back to the real world considering the war is over. Because what happens in a data world is irrelevant. And the Gazing eye Keyblade needs to be passed down in order for him to see the worlds throughout time.

@@michaelmurray8134 See and now thinking about it, Ava replacing Strelitzia with Brain (if Brain is truly not one of the chosen the MoM picked) might've still foiled the Masters plans. Think about it, MoM tried to make it to where there would be repeats of the Keyblade War especially after influencing Young Xehanort to grow into the master he will one day become. But think Eraqus was still around and he is apparently is a descendant from one of the Union leaders who I believe is Brain. Now why is Eraqus important? Well if he is Brains descendant then that means he has to know the outcome of the future too since Brain does have the BoP so there is a chance he passed that knowledge down to Eraqus to ensure that light will have a chance to prevail. Eraqus even tells Xehanort during their chess match "besides who's to say I cant change the future and maybe light will prevail. There is more to light than meets the eye." Brain being the virus that changes the fate of the world must've gave special instructions to Eraqus (or whoever came after Brain) that the light will ultimately prevail in the end and to make sure that it does. I think Eraqus is overlooked but to me he seems to knows just as much or if not more information than Xehanort.

@@victorbasurto6592 hmmm🤔. You make a very valid point and you might be onto something. But we have to remember that we don't completely know what the MoM's end game or true desire is. All we know of is the bits and pieces of what luxu tells us. And we all know that the master is someone who hides his true Intentions even from those closest to him. So chances are even Luxu even in the body of Briggs may not know everything of what the master intends. Also given the end credit scene it's imperative that the master is now back. I think when xehanort summon Kingdom Hearts he ended up bringing the master back which could have also been part of his plan given the Revelation that xigbar was actually Luxu.

Never saw it that way... But I think you're onto something.

That reminds me. Ava has the ability to cast illusions, which is why when you fight her, she's in the form of another foreteller. Perhaps she actually knew who to get rid of and replace. So she disguises herself as the player in order, knowing Strelitzia wants to convince us to become a dandelion, and deals the killing blow on her.

Thats honestly what I'm most hyped about going forward. Brain reading the list and realising he or someone else does not belong and Lauriam immediately flying into a rage at that person. Then somehow the world starts crumbling, luxu gives one of them the masters keyblade, they get flung across the multiverse. Should be fun !

Yeah, I think this too. It makes the most sense. But you've missed another important piece of evidence, which are the emblems- and this is crucial information a majority of people miss. -Ira's emblem is a unicorn; Which symbolizes 'the divine power that nurtures all living things, and an emblem of the word of divine presence'. This matches Ira's role to take the Masters place and lead. -Invi's emblem is a Cobra; Which represents 'Wisdom and Guardianship' -Gula's emblem is a Lepord; A Solitary animal which symbolizes 'moving silently and inconspicuously; moving in and out of places unseen and helping to deal with certain situations. Observing different situations with clarity'. This very clearly aligns with Gula's role to find the traitor, and to trust only himself. -Aced's emblem is a bear; Representing 'strength, family, vitality courage and health. The bear is thoughtful and independent, with little need for fellowship.' This would back up Aced's role as Ira's failsafe; and also foreshadows his aggressive actions within the foretellers. Then. There is Ava. Ava's emblem is that of the Fox. While the fox can also mean(in many cultures) 'Physical or mental responsiveness with increased awareness , Cunning; ability to see through deception; discerning, Ability to find ways around, to be swift in tricky situations, Affinity with nocturnal activities and dream work' *Which DO align with Ava's role and actions.... The fox also has another enormous reputation within japanese culture.* And that is of the Kitsune/Inari; which is a fox spirit that can either can be good or malicious. The Fox in Japanese media is often portrayed to be a deceptive and selfish animal, compared to Tanuki. Even going as far as some being outright evil spirits. In my opinion, I feel like Ava's union emblem of the 'Fox' is the most damning evidence that shes the traitor by symbolism alone. The fox as her union emblem- for the most part- clashes with the role she was given(If her role was genuine, you'd think she'd be given the emblem like the 'Deer' or 'Wolf'). Although her intentions were good, her blind faith and naivete towards the master ironically made her into the deceiver and the instrument of his plans. And thus, she is the Fox; the deceiver, the one likely to have murdered Strelitzia; and the one whose enraged/betrayed spirit may have ended up becoming darkness... Since Ava's initially pure/ innocent heart descending into darkness(due to betrayal) would likely have created an equally powerful evil; And thats likely what the Master was planning for the entire time.

Also, just some fun word play I noticed. When ever the Fortellers are discussing what The Master ordered them to do, they always say it was their “ROLE”. In the KH3 ending when asked about Ava’s whereabouts, Luxu says that she’s following her “MISSION”. Every Forteller had their own “ROLE” to play in The Master’s plan, but Ava is the only one to go against her “ROLE” and start following her own “MISSION”

I think this is the most solid theory I've heard for who the traitor is yet!

I agree, but I want to bring in some more questions. - How is the player ultimately involved because we have to play through this at some point? - How does Lauriam find out what happened to Strelizia without implicating Brain did it? - Did Dark Chirithy take over Ava's body? MoM said that the darkness has many shapes and can manifest itself in any way. - If Ava is Darkness and we still assume that she is connected to Kairi, is Ava being Darkness the reason that Kairi is a pure heart of light? - In BBS, according to Xehanort, Eraqus "knows what you are" in reference to Ventus. If so, does this imply that Eraqus is a descendant of Brain and knows who Ventus truly is. Vanitas? A Union Leader? Or both? - Is the "false light" Brain and all of his "blueblood" descendants, and did the MoM recruit Xehanort to try to fight against this false light and change the world into his view? - Last one lol, Is some form of Ava in the same place as Sora (in the secret episode) as punishment for changing the events of time?

Oh man.......I had a very similar theory regarding Ava but mine was really hopeful damn 😂 this makes so much sense and I didn't even think of the fact that she could be who Maleficent talks to, you blew my mind. I think your theory is absolutely right!!! Amazing job 😭😭

Interesting things, but sadly the latest parts can't really make sense, because Ava picked Brain as a Union Leader "4 years ago" - which I believe was the first one to be picked, considering the foretellers got their role "5 years ago" (as seen in the October 2019 update, mentioned by MoM to Luxu that Ava got her role). So... I can't agree with you there lol Other than that, it was nice to see all these scene around the bell ringing all lined up, though I never considered Strelitzia's death after the bell. Wasn't it always implied that she died before the bell rang? "She disappeared before the bell sounded" As much as I want to finally find out who it was, I don't think we can know it yet.

Ventus. Ask yourself how did ventus have such a great darkness within him that he was able to spawn vanitas? Sora (and most people) only have enough darkness to spawn a shadow heartless.

I think it’d be really interesting to have skuld be the traitor and killer think of it this way they describe her being almost obsessively dedicated to master ava so what if she never did get promoted and seeing striletzia get promoted (presumably being the last one to become a leader) would mean skuld was no longer in the running maybe she strikes striletzia down in jealousy and takes her spot all out of her devotion to Ava

I think the leader who wasn't supposed to be was ventus, my reason is based on the "sigil" the 'X' as the keyblade he has, has an X as the key chain, this goes even further in KH2 as roxas' zipper is an X too, and this keeps going even more so sense we don't actually know who's symbol it's for, but we know they are powerful enough to control darkness perfectly, and he has a keyblade that primarily holds dark/reverse medals if we really have to question the whole thing then, why does Ven keep his chrithy instead of it disappearing after the war? So far no other union leader has their own even the original fortellers which should have them. And to clarify even more with this theory, why can only ventus or his dark half hold the X-blade and no one who isn't touched by the infamous 'X' heart?

If Ava is the traitor than she killed Sterlitzia in order to place Brain or whoever wasn't supposed to be leader in the group. Which means its not their fault. At least if they have no knowledge of it.

I'm calling it now: Luxu / Xigbar is a fragment of the MoM's heart, since he's not the type to trust anybody but himself, thus outsmarting everyone. I think the MoM is just a heart, which is how he achieved immortality, with various pieces of himself multi tasking (Luxu + Demyx)

I am so glad more people are in the same thought train as me!! XD All joking aside, loved your video! XD Also, part of Ava's role is "dont get involved in any battles", and she does. As for Ven - because of No Name, the Master knows he, and Marluxia, will be in the future. What if he chose them, just because he knows they will be there? Its impossible for them to be unplanned, based on that.

OH MY GOD IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW! I heard the 'Ava is Darkness' theory before but thought it was ridiculous but now I get it!!

Why would Luxu write in his secret reports that one of the new foretellers didn't belong, and was a virus in the master's plans, if everything Ava did was in accordance with the master's plans? That's the only hole in your theory. He was clearly bothered by the fake leader, and he wouldn't have lied to himself in a journal entry that he wasn't expecting anybody to read.

Also, the book of prophesies was written because Luxu observed everything over his own lifespan - but Luxu wouldn't necessarily be aware of what is to come in full detail (in the same way that the MoM did), and could easily be surprised by events as they are taking place. His role is simply to watch the Master's plan unfold, not to know it in advance.

I’ve always had the same thoughts along with all of that being said connecting to kairi. In a later universe she may be a princess of heart but the darkness seems to be infatuated attached to her or almost calling out to her as with aqua which those two we know share a deeper bond. I personally find Kairi’s keyblade to reminisce Ava’s, and even the personality perhaps her light connected to kairi’s heart like ven did with sora’s.

It would be a solid theory if wasn't because Ava and Brain's conversation was 4 years prior to the war. Instead, I'm more fond of the idea that Ava gave the rulebook to Ventus, or he was the killer... But it turns out I have... another interesting idea. Luxu is the killer, he is darkness. Yeah, I know, sounds crazy since his role was just watching and not doing anything else, but what about... Xigbar itself, I mean, we have time travel already, and he would travel back in time since his heart was there, so, why would he travel back in time to kill someone and give the possition to another one? simple, to maintain the timeline, creating a paradox in the process, and make the "rightful" ones be in the future so everything plays out as planned, my theory indicates that in some moment he realized that he was who started the fire, so he went back to the past so the timeline wouldn't be messed. Also seems that Maleficent knew all along who Xigbar was, ya know, she appears in the epilogue, and Darkness itself helped Maleficent so maybe there's a connection. But that's only my thoughts on the topic, maybe I'm wrong, but I like this idea.

Its going to be Ventus/Vanitas.

Interesting way to see it. What's good for me is that it's finally a theory where the Killer =/= from the Imposter. In that sense, while there's nothing showing it, even Lauriam could be the imposter, taking his sister place without even knowing it. There's also the possibility the book didn't go to the Imposter themselve. What I mean is that Brain was supposed to be recruited either way, but ended up with the book at the last minute, while the Imposter is someone else, like Ventus for instance. I mean, Ventus is one of the few members inclined to disobey the book of prophecy (not in a bad way tho, like that time he was against recreating wars between the wielders). That, and if Ava is Darkness and fulfilled her role among other roles, she could be the one who sent Ventus to Xehanort... tho Xigbar / Lux could have done it too. We also don't know the role in Luxord, Larxene and Demyx in all of this, if we can suppose they were recruited for the same reason as Marluxia. Well, that's KH for us, making us theorise anything from anything xD.

Larxene at least ("Elrena" at this point) helps Lauriam out with his search for Strelitzia. As for Luxord and Demyx... at this point, we can only speculate.

in hindsight, it was obvious from the start. *motive is EVERYTHING.* the killer stole strelitzia's guidebook. the only people who knew about the guidebooks and, most importantly, knew strelitzia had one were - ava - MoM - darkness, maybe, but that could be anyone (ava, luxu, vanitas, a dark humanoid like from MoM's childhood) there were only 2-3 suspects the whole time.

Knowing Nomura, we're going to get the answer in the next KH game...10 years from now.

Mind Blown

Alot of people keep trying to identify the master of masters as a good guy or a bad guy, because he doesn't intervene or seek to remedy these situations. But in reality he is just a fatalist. He clearly knows what is going to happen and knows he can't change it. In his best effort to change it he gives everyone everything he knows and then tells them the key to saving everyone knowing it won't happen. If everyone did their jobs the various failures likely wouldnt have happened. If unicorn was actually leading rather than burying his face in the book of prophecies and getting bogged down in indecision he might have had an impact in events. If bear wasn't trying undermine unicorn factions likely woudn't have arrived, if cat wasn't making alliances and instead worked with all the masters and stayed out of interpersonal conflicts they might have actually found that the traitor is a traitor of circumstance not malevolence, if other cat didn't align themselves with unicorn or participate in private meetings the divide between unicorn and the other 3 likely wouldn't have increased, and finally if fox didn't engage in combats, body block on others defense, recruited the proper dandelions and didn't abandon the group and go over unicorns authority to find the master themselves either the war wouldn't have happened or the dandelions might have actually had a chance. You can't really blame the master for being a bad guy he gave everyone else the tools to do what is right and then watched each one of them screw it up. Now he wanted the future to go this way presumably for a good reason, but he literally gave everyone else his plan and the tools necessary to dismantle it along with assigning the best people for each task to do so. It isn't wrong to point out that the foretellers are literally named after the sins.

I just found one hole in this theory, if ava changed strelitzia for brain to be a leader, why did he receive the original book and strlizita didnt ?? Maybe the book was meant to another then, like skuld, since she is the one who is mistirously the "goddess" and lost her conscious when traveled to future (kh3 secrets reports) , maybe she has the power to draw the power of book and travel through time

For a kingdom hearts game, that makes a ton of sense and is actually a great twist. So naturally Nomura will just introduce a new character or say it's a replica of someone.

I have 4 theories: #1 - LUXU DELIBERATELY HIRES SOMEONE TO KILL STRELITZIA AND TO TAKE HER BOOK OF PROPHECIES SO HE COULD SET IN STONE LAURIUM TURNING INTO A NOBODY FOR HIS FUTURE PLOT OF THE 13 SEEKERS of DARKNESS AND POSSIBLY LARXENE? #2 - Can Ephemer be alive again? Since E’s heart isn’t corrupted with darkness of any kind, including the fact that he has a strong heart, he has a chance on being revived! Just give him a replica body and BAM! Ephemer! Then what about Skuld? Well Ven and him could just team up with Lea and Isa to find her in the castle or just try to find her by themselves. Ephemer could tell Sora about the times of the Keyblade War and help him out in solving all this mess as well as helping him understand it. #3 - I wonder what would happen if Sora and Ven got their hands on one of the seeing eye keyblades? For one, they could use it for a lot of things. Ven could use it to figure out and reclaim his past, the time before the keyblade war and a little bit after, like when he survived and was sent into the future. Sora could probably stumble on the time his unborn heart talked to Ven all those years ago. They could probably find out how Ephemer died, how Skuld was kidnapped and where she now resides. They could also find out the reasons on why everything happened the way it did. #4 - Did they use the the Master of Masters’ “Seeing Eye” keyblade to go forward in time? As the properties of this keyblade grants you the power to see the past, present, and future, it could also have one of it’s features be letting it’s user travel to the times they see and or are looking for. That’s how Xehanort could time travel as he had the keyblade or it was a spell combining the power of the “All Seeing Keyblade”, to make time travel possible. Possibly another spell regarding the previous or just the keyblade itself, is probably the one thing responsible for all those Xehanorts, from different points in his life, past or present, being able to be in the future at the same time with no issue.

Hmmm...Ava coming back to the warehouse to try to find Gula further solidifies this as Gula probably just left to rally for the Keyblade War.

Me after 2 minutes: Oh come on, we all know Ven is the traitor, why do you have to twist the story just to pretend otherwise? Me after the video: Holy shit, my entire view of UX just changed. Thanks for your awesome story videos!

As a proud supporter of you, (still can't believed you replied to my comment) I have to disagree with you about Ava being darkness. But do agree with you on Ava being the traitor. I did not like that this video was more of you just trying to piece together the story rather than telling us this is exactly what has happened. This is just me being ignorant, but so much story has been out out and I wish you could just put it all out already. Ahaha But I do understand you take a lot of time in making your videos and understand the direction you are heading in is making one long video rather than putting out short snippets of story. All in all, thank you for taking your time and making videos like this for people who are like me. Too lazy to look into the story on their own and just relying on you. Ahaha

SPOILERS/Speculation: Okay, I know this was uploaded a long time ago, and maybe I haven't reached the video in this series that mentions it yet, but in KH3 Re:Mind, when Sora is saving everyone that lost their heart in the final battle, he goes to reawaken Ventus's heart, but is stopped by a voice that calls itself Darkness. This makes SO MUCH sense considering how much Ventus was involved in Union X. Although this interaction has little more payoff, as much more takes place in order for Sora to prevail over Xehanort. But I'm still confused on what this "new world" the Dandelions is and is it has something to do with Unreality. Since the Master of Masters is seen there, along with presumably Luxu, clearly this is something that's always been in the cards, especially is Xehanort was presumably studying it, as we learn in Melody of Memories. I'm also incredibly curious how Riku dreamt about Quadratum if it exists in Unreality, since the realm of dreams exists, from our understanding, in reality. Not to mention, how Riku supposedly enters Unreality, is hypothetically, and most sensibly, Strelitzia's heart, who, as we know, is already in Unreality. My biggest questions now are if Ava is Darkness, what role she and the other masters will play, and how exactly Strelitzia got into Unreality in the first place; since Sora broke the rules of reality, is it possible Strelitzia's death was also breaking some sort of universal taboo, and thus landed her in Unreality. Issue is, if it is her heart in the Final World, how is she in Unreality, seemingly alive?

I hope this is true for the sake of my own sanity. I'm sick of the plethora of bland plot devices nomura is trying to pass off as characters. with this, ava would go from generic, innocent teacher's pet to an actual character. her character would finally have substance.

Well RIP to the theory of Ava and Brain working together, but I do believe it is still possible Ava killed Stretlitzia and is posing as 'Darkness'.

I believe Master Ava after what Luxu told the foretellers when he brought them back she played a part in the unwillingly plan that had our own ways to help the world's what she is still doing and whatever worldwide she's in but what Lucy was doing the Portillo's now maybe dangerous even though the other Portillo's don't know what they're about to help him with

What if it was Luxu who did the assassination??? Although, Luxu's task was to "observe" the Five and never open the box. It would kinda make since that Luxu being observant. Perhaps Luxu was watching, waiting, and executing the whole time while the master of masters was watching. You know...the master of master's eye was in Luxu's eyeblade. This is just another theory though.
