Thought of uploading this specific cutscene separately as well, in order to make it more accessible and easier to watch, share and discuss about. I'll take this as a chance to share my own thoughts about the whole finale now that I'm at it. I guess we weren't expecting to see so many little hearts leaving the bodies of 12 kids today! Was it worth it playing the finale yourself? Yes, but only if you were fully prepared and had a stacked deck beforehand. There's no need to grind for hours for an offline game with no incentives or rewards. I had tons of BP I could exchange with all the cards I wanted, so it was a breeze. Going back to Dark Road after 21 months was kind of odd, as I totally forgot what cards I had as well as most of their effects. But then again, I can confirm the gameplay could have a good potential, but it was still requiring too much speed from the player. Which didn't really make me enjoy it, as I am always too focused on my cards and I barely looked at my enemies during battles. Still, I'm glad it finally got its own ending, although we all probably expected to last way longer. This gives me good hope for Missing Link, which should be released pretty soon. Is it, though? I also had the same thought and had to rewatch the end of Union Cross, and among the visions of future life were Xehanort awakening in Scala ed Caelum after the blue robe's passing away, and Xehanort, again in Scala, playing chess with Eraqus. These two visions cannot be pinned down to the blue robe, and the only common denominator left is Xehanort. So you're still Xehanort.

Some say that Sora being "the child of destiny" feels cheap because he was destined to become it, but honestly, if that "prophecy" is something that came from the MoM, it would make a lot of sense, since he basically knows it will happen and saw it in 4K.

It not as cheap if you think about it since some people can be candidates but only those who don't become fall into darkness after connecting with so many hearts, some that can potentially poison you, can truly be the child of destiny. Both Xehanort and bladr could've been the child of destiny but they weren't because it's not that easy. Eventhough Xehanort had a lot of potential even he still failed so it's not so easy.

Don’t forget Kh2’s opening: ‘A scattered dream like a far off memory. A far off memory like a scattered dream. I want to collect the pieces- yours and mine.’ Of course it’s most heavily referencing Roxas, however considering that kh3 uses kh1’s opening quote, it probably has other meaning too. (For instance Sora being a child of destiny able to feel and see the memories of others, and potentially the players third reincarnation.)

Blue Cloak was the Player's true reincarnation. We all thought he was to be Xehanort, but instead as his "first" master. A reward for saving the world from four Darknesses in the only way with only one sacrifice... A second chance. Sadly, Blue Cloak didn't realize how much pain their child of destiny would bring.

I cried too when i realized that we the player were the ones who raised xehanort after all 🥲, as for how we were there i think when chirithy said "if you don't want to go to sleep your heart will simply melt into a new one" we chose not to sleep and were reincarnated to this person with the blue cloak

Missing Links setup is going to go crazy. Brain, Ephemers current descendant in that time, who is Xehanort's mom, what's Luxu doing in that time, and will the missing True Darkness make an appearance there? It's honestly true uncharted territory.

Okay, so there's a lot of thoughts stirring for me right now. But honestly, what comes to mind the most is the fact that Nomura originally wanted to make Dark Road an actual game before KH3 was released. When he first said this, I kinda shrugged it off, but now...man, just binging this whole story the past two days has kinda made me feel burned. Ultimately, I still think it was for the best that Nomura wrapped up the Dark Seeker Saga sooner rather than later, but I can't' deny that KH3 would have hit a lot harder had this come before it. Not to mention that the quality of Dark Road's story itself is very deserving of console quality. And that's even referenced in Nomura's most recent interview, as he mentions that he had to scale down the content of Dark Road's finale "to the essentials" due to size limitations. And that's really depressing, because I really think this was some of the series' finest story-telling. It felt very mature in how it approached its central conflict of light vs darkness, as opposed to how other games just go "darkness bad friendship good." The insane bodycount was kinda crazy too. Though of course not inherently essential to a story being "mature," I think the way the deaths were used-and the role they had in deepening the bond between Eraqus and Xehanort-was raw in a way we haven't seen in KH before. And I think the bond between Xehanort in Eraqus is probably what I'm thinking about the most right now. In that same commemorative interview, Nomura mentioned that although he had to scale back Dark Road's finale, he was glad to finally show the bond between Xehanort and Eraqus. And I really think this is where KH3 suffered the most as a result of Nomura shelving Dark Road until now, because it's very apparent that there was dissonance between Nomura and us. Xehanort's conclusion and the sudden focus on his relationship with Eraqus in KH3 now feel like things that Nomura included with his vision of Dark Road mind. Stuff that we, of course, wouldn't have known. In the little foreword for the KH3 artbook Nomura wrote, he said something to effect of him thinking that KH3 was truly complete when what we felt while playing the game and "[his] thoughts that [he] secretly placed in game" match up together. I can't help but wonder if that foreword was referencing, among other things, the story of Xehanort and Eraqus. But yeah. Good story. Nomura mentioned that Dark Road will have some pertinence to KHIV, but I'm honestly struggling to determine in what regard. For a KH game, it felt very conclusive. It led pretty clearly into BBS, after all. The obvious guess is the people who died will show up in Quadratum, but in that same commemorative interview, Nomura said that despite how badly he wants to do more with the characters, it's difficult for him to fit them into the future stories. Which I think is a shame, personally.

So true in everything you said. You wrote that perfectly. For his struggles with getting certain story details out due to resource constraints, I wonder if there's any other avenue he could pursue? Would mangas, anime, or 3D cutscenes be more viable? He's used the Secret Reports on KH games to great effect in expanding the story in ways he couldn't have in game before, so perhaps he could put some of these methods in game as well?

@@mb_249 This is honestly something I've thought about a lot since KH3. It's also why I wasn't really surprised by KH4's announcement either. The non-numbered titles were great avenues to drop a ton of lore into, because they were on a relatively smaller scale and could be produced faster. But since traditional handhelds aren't a thing anymore, they can't really make "quick" games like that now (not to undermine the work the went into those games, though). Which, in my eyes, is why they've come to rely on mobile games so much. It makes me wonder about the rumored Disney+ series that somehow wasn't announced back in April. I know those things take time, though. And then there's Missing Link, which I can imagine being a lot like KHX/KHUX, in the sense that it provided lore for a a bunch of different topics as the years progressed. In the same way, I can imagine Missing Link giving context for KH4 and other future titles while simultaneously telling its own story. Edit: I think I kinda misread. Within KHDR itself, I think Secret Reports are a great idea for squeezing out more story. But yeah, they're kinda limited if the intended content was more meat to the main story, or more scenes of characters bonding or something.

Wish I could upvote more than once. Completely agree. Too bad Nomura couldn't have delved more into these characters' backstories first, then Kh3 would have hit so much harder.

What I see from this is since xehanort allowed himself to fall into darkness. Destiny moved down the list to riku. Then once riku fell towards darkness. Destiny did what the keyblade did and moved again down the list to sora? Just a theory but very cool to think about

Nah it doesn't work like that since Riku never had that kinda potential. Sora had it even before he got a keyblade since he was able to connect with and accepted Ventus heart. Riku even pointed this out. It feels like people can have the potential of being the child of destiny if they are able to connect with others hearts but it is also easy to become corrupted like with Xehanort and Baldr.

@@the1bigbadwolf I don't think Riku was naturally more evil. Some people just don't have that kinda of ability like some of the other characters in dark road. Just because he can't connect his heart with others like Sora can doesn't mean he can't understand others. He noticed Sora had that kinda power in the first place so he at least understands it. Riku may have lost his way in kh1 but that doesn't he was always like that or will always be like that.

After Dark Road, what Xemnas said made a lot of sense. Master Xehanort reused Marluxia and Larxene as vessels because he recognized Elrena and Lauriam, two ancient keyblade wielders! That's how Master Xehanort knew about the Union Leaders and all. That begs the question... WHO THE HELL ARE LUXORD AND DEMYX?!

I'm still convinced Demyx could end up being the master. The personalities line up and thanks to Xemnas in KH3, we know he is from that time period. Also when he was speaking with Xehanort regarding the Mark of Mastery exam, his immediate response was "Ugh, sounds like work.." VERY DEMYX. And supposedly, Normura intended to keep his intentions secret from the rest of 3 after he transports a vessel for Namine.

This entire thing...just wow. I'm amazed with all that we've seen in Dark Road.

Sora's been wasting his time with the Mark of Mastery exam, now that I think about it. He doesn't need to be a Keyblade master, he's already a child of destiny!

Sora only took the Mark of Mastery exam for 3 reasons. 1. Help Riku prove he is not beheld to darkness. 2. Learn the power of waking. 3. Pride.

I think, after this seeing this and remembering KH3 ending, Xehanort while maybe he was the child of destiny, he then saw that when Sora defeated him, maybe Xehanort knew. That it was time to pass this commitment to Sora, trusting him then with the fate of the worlds. I mean, he did say, everything he has done was to rewrite the fate of their star- universe. I mean, thats my opinion. Sometimes I forget, even Xehanort was once a kid, but he was misguided or doing what he was told, etc.

So the player character raised Xehanort on D. Island, neat.

On thing I keep thinking about is how Xehanort dreams about the union leader's only when he was at destiny island. The fact that he can feel others hearts and the player is apparently the only one with xehanort there at the time means.... we as the player are just thinking about our friend's in union X and xehanort feels it ;-;

Yea.. if I miss that group so much I bet the player just keeps think about them 24/7 with so much sad feelings (and maybe happy too) And they have nothing to do in the island, all alone with their feelings watching over Xehanort. I hope in missing link we get to befriend Brain and like "yea remember the war and end of the world?" xD Tho I guess the one that the player missed the most is Ephemer.. and that dude is 100% dead long ago. Poor Xehanort tho he had to see the memory of the war and all that bad things when he was just a baby.. (Tho too bad the playet never officaly remembered the war.. no one but union leaders knew about the war. But trauma and all that so ofc playet will remember being in a friking war watching everyone die)

I'm with people in thinking the Missing Link player is the same UX one, but after Nomura managed to trick us again with this scene, I'm more convinced that it might be untrue. Nomura could easily expect us to assume the Missing Link player is the same one, and then he opens the curtain and we find out the player was someone else lol I'm expecting to find out our player is the villain of Missing Link at this point 😂

This final cutscene really feels like both a parallel and mirror to Blank Points. After all the pain this story took me through, watching this cutscene and knowing that there always IS hope really made me remember what Kingdom Hearts is about. There's always hope, even in the darkest moments, there's that small light to guide you. Big parallel to Blank Points there. (And this cutscene also refers to Sora being the child of destiny, which is what Blank Points did! Unless of course Sora isn't the child of destiny, as it's not confirmed yet.) However.. this being at the END of Xehanort's story, (unless we meet this supposed 14th vessel in Quadratum somewhere), really mirrors Blank Points. That, despite the Union X's best efforts, hopes, and sacrifices of his friends, to help Xehanort become the child of destiny, it really all meant nothing in the end, and only caused even more pain? It cuts deep knowing that our protagonist died with a false hope. And it's got a version of the main theme playing, with an old man (or woman) giving hope to someone who desperately needs it.

I wish we knew who Luxu sent away in the lifeboat. The "true" Dandelion is the only clue we got, though it's implied to be Strelitzia.

This confirms that subject x is skuld and explains why he took on ventus as an apprentice. Subject x is someone that terra-xehanort would recognize and find familiar when he found her. Who else but someone who looks like skuld. Xehanort had recognized ventus as one of his caregivers' comrades. Ventus is a remnant of that Era and holds valuable information for xehanort's plan.

So, if the blue coat elder is the "player" in their second life and they take baby Xehanort from the same looking Scala ad Caelum from the upcoming Missing Link, those this may imply that they're also the playable character from Missing Link? Makes sense that the avatar from Union and Missing Link are the same being from different lifetimes.

So Xehanort WAS a blue blood after all... No wonder Master Odin found something special in him

It’s possible Riku was meant to be the child of destiny but once he fell to darkness, Destiny did what the Keyblade did and moved down the list. So Sora could in fact be an accidental child of destiny.

Nah; Sora connected with Ven’s heart before Sora was even born; as well again after the events of BBS. Sora always had the ability to connect with others. Sora is just stronger in conviction than the others as he doesn’t give into the darkness from the suffering or pain of others, and tries his best to undo that hurt. Why there was that scene in Dark Road where Xehanort was walking with Ven through the dark corridor and stopped to accept the darkness from others that had accumulated there. He used those negative feelings and darkness to further HIS goals and plans, where when in the same situation with Roxas during Coded/ 3D Sora took the hurt and used it to help others over himself.

Just stop a second and let's connect the dots: - With the dialogue with MoM, we know that Xehanort decided to play the role of the scapegoat to bait the true light hidden in the world (as opposed to the fake lights the inhabitants of the world are) to come out to save the world itself, so if even he was the Child of Destiny, he ended up by his own will to "fail" and become a "tool" for MoM's plan, allowing the actual Child to succeed - at the same way, if the prophecy can refer to both Sora and Riku, it's again Xehanort (in the role of Ansem SoD) to choose one of them, this time to fall into darkness though). We can say this as a "Harry Potter/Neville Longbottom' kind of situation, with Ansem playing the role of Voldemort, and actually considering in both of the stories it's all about a self-fulfilling prophecy, it's not too far off At the end then, what really mattered were the choices made by them and by Xehanort in particular, deciding to become strong enough to overcome darkness and then use it to play a role, knowing someone else would come to stop him

Xehanort is still the child of destiny. He was manipulating the darkness, he knew if he didn't control it the worlds will fall. What he did was terrible, yes? Giving Mark Hamill that scar, just for pity. Taking a young man's life, more than once (Riku and Terra). Sending an innocent girl into a different dimension. I have a theory that Xehanort is either Sora's dad or grandpa, it fits with the story now. Forgot, experimenting on various people and kairi.

I agree. People are assuming Xeha’s actions mean he fell to darkness but MoM tells him (and the audience) that he can’t. He’s too powerful. So whatever he did was of his own free will.

Tbh it wouldnt be that hard to swallow for me. It seems that Riku was supposed to be the kid, but bc Riku fell to the darkness, the prophecy - just like the keyblade- passed on to Sora. Without that, no matter how strong his heart is, he wouldnt be able to do much. And besides, just bc MoM saw it and wrote it down, doesnt mean MoM *forced* Sora's destiny upon him to that degree. Even Darkness doesnt seem to be fully sure who the person is, and Luxu is also very confused. Actually, everyone in this chess game seems to ignore Sora's importance to the future until its impossible not to (namely from ddd on), and by 3d and KH3 he IS considered a very special boy. So basically, MoM seems to be a rather passive spectator in regards to Sora, unlike Xehanort, so Sora's choices and fate are still his own. The only thing that lost a bit of its weight to me is Sora's unique way of seeing the world, and why it "has to be him", since we know both Baldr and Xehanort are like that. But honestly, what it sets up in regards to what Sora may face eventually and how it ups the stakes is enough for me to accept it, considering EVERYONE who was in any way similar (Baldr, Xehanort, Riku) fell to darkness to a degree or another.

It has to be Riku he's the one who has the Greatest motivate to leave the island plus Terra saw Xehanort (Which basically the Child of Destiny ) on kid Riku which foreshadow ..Sora could be the 3Rd life of the player (If my theory is true then he and Strelitzia Did finally meet ) Riku might be related to EPHEMER as well could fill the player role as Sora to protect another friend.

I find it strange that some people seem to be annoyed by Sora being the child of destiny. I mean he was always portrayed as someone special with a bigger role in the world of KH. I always saw him as the chosen one because of that.

Skuld didn't married with Ephemera. She may have arrived to Scala ad Caelum many years after Ephemera death. Xehanort has a little bit of black skin, both Ephemera and Skuld have white skin, this would not make much sense, if xehanort was their child. Skuld should have married with someone that have the blood of Ephemera and then gave birth to Xehanort. Each character arrive in a specific time. Skuld seen's to be much older than Brain in the scene.

From my point of view Riku is more probably the Child of Destiny, he was born in destiny island, he can connect with the heart of people (not a the level that Sora does), and he is probably also a descendant of Ephemer, but he needed to fall into darkness to become that, but Sora is probably the next reincarnation of Union protagonist, and he still following and protecting Ephemer family to the point that he took the place of Riku to protect him.

I’ve been theorizing Sora is the player character since the end of Union X, when everyone was jumping to conclusions that the player character was Xehanort. Sora easily connects to others hearts, something that would be a given for the character player who chose to meld his hearts with others. More importantly it explains why Sora’s heart at the moment of his birth was able and willing to reach out to Ventus when his heart was collapsing, and have the knowledge of connecting hearts to meld them and heal them (after all the player character would have experience in that, which would transfer over to Sora.) It would also allow for the conclusion of Stralletzia’s arc of wanting to be able to meet and be friends with the player character. It also pairs up well with the idea the player character having always been us even in the main games. Or how about Sora’s tight bond with the dream eaters, whom are the friends of the player character who are slumbering, and the fact that Sora deems it very important at the end of ddd to go make sure their okay. Sora’s self sacrificing attitude also lines up with the player character, both in kh1 for Kairi, and kh3 for his friends. It also explains why Ephermer would show up and help Sora in kh3.

Blue robe has memories of his past life here at the very end of his life, after living a whole lifetime of events that could have led to him remembering his past, especially having lived in a world who is filled with keyblade warriors, who are pretty knowledgeable in the realm of hearts, memories, and connections. We have no idea if blue robe inherently remembers his past from the moment, he was reborn. And if we base this off the theory that blue robes is the player character for missing link as well, then there is a pretty good chance he will uncover the 'missing link' of his memories of his past life during the game. There could also be other explanations of why Sora wouldn't have those memories. For instance, each rebirth makes it harder to retain the previous memories. If sora is the second reincarnation, or even farther along, those memories may be too distant to remember easily. Or it could be related to the passing of time, rather than the number of lives lived, as by the time Sora is born, it's already been hundreds of years. Or there could be 'convenient' external influence, such as, Sora hit his head as a kid and lost the memories, someone sealed the memories for some reason, the player chose to lose his memories, or sacrificed his ability to do so for some reason (such as to forcibly contact vens heart and save him after sensing his plight by forcing his rebirth before his heart was properly melded into a new one.) The fact of the matter is we have not enough information on blue robes past, which hopefully missing link will shed light on, to truly rule anything out.

Went the worlds went to shit at the end of the data worlds, they were spread through space and time. Ventus, fucked-up by his confrontation with darkness who parasited him, arrived centuries after his departure and 50 years after dark road.

Yes So in union x Lauriam Elrena Ventus Brain (in missing link not the present) Skuld (probably subject x) Use the pods to travel in time to the present to follow maleficent and find lauriams sister but as seen in the ending of union x they got split up and as we see in kh 358 days they lost their hearts at some point

Yup,at the end of Union X, they took all the pods from the Ark and went from the past to the future. That's how Lauriam and Elrena became Marluxia and Larxene.

Funny how they thought Xehanort was the child of destiny when he wasn’t born there like sora. Unless sora pulled a kairi and came from else where out of the blue lol.

I still cannot believe that "We" the player character are the ones who raised Xehanort.

The woman giving Xehanort to Player's hair shade is exactly the same as Skuld's. That _has_ to be Ephemer's _and_ Skuld's daughter/granddaughter. Why would they make her hair color/shade the *_exact_* same as Skuld's? Almost the exact same hairstyle too, but a bit longer than Skuld's hair.

I’m a little confused about how player could be alive after Ux and into dr because he got trapped unless someone freed him but that also means that the darknesses are freed as well who freed him and how’d he get out? Where’s the darknesses?

When player dies at the end of Ux, Chirithy offers to let him live a second lifetime. Essentially, reincarnation. We dont fully understand the “rules” yet but apparently blue robe (player) has memories of their first life.

Everglow has a timeline series that covers the whole series including the mobile games, if you are interested.

Keep in mind everyone, Sora was never dictated to be the "Chosen One." The "child of destiny" prophecy likely exists because it was written in the book of prophecies by the Master of Masters, who can see the future. Which means he personally witnessed Sora's origin story & great accomplishments, and decided to write them down afterwards. Sora has always been an ordinary boy, who the keyblade didn't choose originally. But despite that, his heart, ability, and destiny was amazing enough to catch the eye of this all-knowing robed guy centuries in the past. That's why Sora is special, and why the MOM's grand plan KH4-onwards relies on him.

I always got the feeling MoM’s plan was to get to unreality. He can only see as far into the future as No Name gets (according to MoM) so he might have no idea what happens fro KH4 forward. Depends on what happens to No Name. Unless of course thats another red herring.

What about the ancient keyblade legacy?!

Even if Skuld doesn’t turn out to Subject X, she could be a descendent of Skuld’s. I also think that another copy of the time travel device used at the end of Union Cross will be used at some point in Missing Link. So that, if the human forms of Demyx and Luxord are in Missing Link, it would show how they arrived in the future to join the Organizations.

The use of Xigbar's signature phrase and the mention of body swapping should immediately clue you in that it's Luxu. Also should be fairly obvious that they're not revealing the hidden face of the next big bad in Dark Road.

(The OST in this video is Friends in my heart) He was talking about the OST for whenever the upperclassmen (Vidar, for exemple) show up. It's in other cutscenes in Dark Road, but I think it's a new one because I've never heard it before in all the other KH games.

UX player reincarnates into missing link player, under the same organization as Sigurd. Based on timeline, Missing link occurs during the period of Brain's arrival to Scala.

Yes. What' also interesting and I'm not seeing anyone talking about it is: How can the player remind his lifetimes? I mean, yeah, his heart was residing in another body, but how did he have that "ability"? Knowing how Nomura and the saga work, there's gotta be a justified reason or something.

I'm really hoping for the child of destiny not to be Sora, but the story is kind of setting it up that way. My reasoning is that the appeal of Sora to many who started with KH1 (myself included) is that NOT being the Chosen One doesn't mean that you won't be great. Personally, I'm not a fan of Chosen One tropes so it just rubs me the wrong way. Anyways, I hope KH4 brings more interesting characters and written like Dark Road has because it feels like all of the side games just have much more quality to their story writing than the main games due. Especially when it comes to more mature themes; maybe that's a Disney limitation or something. I'm also really sad that Dark Road wasn't a full console game. It probably would've been my favourite KH game along with BbS. I'm a bit disappointed that we weren't Xehanort now though tbh, it was an edgy twist lol. Now it kinda feels like our character from KHUX will always be limited to mobile games where we create our character (Missing Link). I hope they have an actual console/PC multiplayer KH one day with modern aesthetics. I wonder how far along Sora's story will go? I think it's because I'm a 1st gen fan of the game but I really want to see Sora's story end and for someone new to take the spotlight. Disney characters are immortal though so I guess that'll never happen lol. Maybe someone will make a cool KH fangame one day

Me thinks it will be Riku (White Hair... Possibly a descendant of Ephemera, like Xehanort). I think Sora is the MC/Player of KHx (aka. Ephemera's best friend) who was with him in all journey until he was incarnated as the Caretaker. This is some Asura-Indra trope like Naruto (with Sasuke) where they always are destined to be at each other's side regardless what lifetime or era they incarnate.

I think that it was a past xehanort traveling back in time to talk to his previous self, I haven’t played most of the game so I can’t say for certain.

We never saw the heart go into Xehanort. There was a flash of white and then we saw the cutscenes of robe person and Xehanort. Admittedly it is weird because we see Xehanort at Scala but I bet that could be chalked up to connections Yada Yada hearts

Maybe the second life of the player is Sigurd (or the protagonist of Missing Link but that would be too obvious after this ending) And then maybe the third Life of the player is Sora

I didn't onestly liked the update. the 21 months let me forgot almost of the plot, and when i started to play i started to realize the plot added was a complete mess. Nomura wanted to tell a story, but i think he wasn't able to do it because the game was cut down short. The plot we receive with the ""big"" update is actually some sort of summary of what was going to be in this game, the events happens so quickly e so randomically that they left you a feel of emptyness(The "Baldr twist", the death of the others and all the missing pieces that are still missing). The only thing we got is this twist(that i onestly liked more, even if i prefer to think that Xehanort was really the one destinated to save the world and us, the player, fucked it all up)The confirmation that Land of Departure is another land, and knowing that Luxu had a thing for cool young bois, and has evolutions like pokèmon(Brain>Bragi>Braig). And maybe the fact that Skuld arrived in Scala at the same time as Ephemer and started a descendancy with him(remember that only one of the parents is a descentand, so the mother of Xehanort could have been the great-greatgranddaughter of the two, having a resemblance with Skuld but maintining in herself the genes of Ephemer, explaining the white hair). I was hoping in some more world building of Scala, with maybe some look at the popolation, and more insight in the 60 years of Xehanort's life.

What I learned from KH: Dark Road: Nomura she like Among US (In the final eppisodi it almost seemed to me that the upper classmates and the lower classmates were all a bit Sus among themselves),The master of masters is none other than one of the 13 darkens and the only survivor after the others disappeared into thin air and persuaded Xeanroth towards the dark path, the darkens need a physical body to manifest and Luxure and the MoMs need Vessel to be able to manifest themselves in the world and unleash chance, Xeanroth is not the player character. Xeanorth is not the child of destiny becose: -She not have brown hair. -she have dark skin and she is bald. -he is not wearing clown shoes. And the most important thing is... "THE PLAYER He is alive and over the centuries he has lived many parallel lives and will continue to do so, thus making us an important part of the series without overshadowing too much the role of sora who is the main protagonist and who perhaps in missing link will be the protagonist of the game... and who knows maybe in the future he will reincarnate in another Keybalde wilder and try to bring order to the world? "

Based on everything we've seen of Xehanort, he probably knew that Bragi and Braig/Xigbar are the same person ,but pretended not to know as part of his plans.

basically guys if you didn’t know vantias is one of the true darkness. That explains the split from ventus and why ventus didn’t turn into a heartless or produce a nobody. Vantias took on form and somewhat emotions because of ventus and Sora. Now why this might be important you might ask? They’re situation is the key. As Odin stated the “ONLY” way to defeat the true darkness is to destroy a vessel. Knowing our boi Sora he wouldn’t want to go this route. So unknowingly xahnort created ANOTHER way via separating the true darkness from the vessel. Basically we are going to be seeing more vantias’s in order to save the vessels like the lost masters. Nort in ventus are definitely going to play a big role in this new saga. The only flaw i see in my theory is if the darkness are similar to vantias with an actual face emotions etc. They still would be difficult to defeat from soras moral standpoint.

Ok. So we the “player” die in front of Xehanort on Destiny Islands. Fine. am I the only one who thinks we’re going to be reborn as Sora ?? I mean Xehanort wants to live 14 lives 😭 so why can’t the player which shares memories with Xehanort be Sora ? Let me stop before I confuse myself even more with questions cuz this ending really hit lmao

The 14 lives line makes me think that Xehanort isn't dead as we think. He might have a secret vessel somewhere.

Ok, why we are going to cry always like this! Fuck, Fuck!!! Now what?! Xehanort's mother was indeed Skuld? So we suppose to play Missing Link to have other answers, because the Player from Union X has reborn in the Blue Robe Guy, but who was in the past?

@@kylekatarn1986 my money is still skuld being x. Nomura said in a Q&A that skuld is somehow related to Xehanort's mother. So my guess would be that X is still Skuld but maybe she time travels for story plot but then again Nomura might say Skuld has a sister or something idk. They symbolism is still to great for me for X to not be skuld. Lea = the sun, Isa = the moon, and Skuld = the stars. I kinda hope Ava is Kiari's grandma idk why I want that but I do lmao.

Your not wrong. because the blue robed person is the player character they CAN be a woman OR man and that's why they are never unmasked, because they can't be unmasked since the player character from each of us looks different

Ephemer is a distant ancestor. This is directly said in this video. The mother is not Skuld. Not every character with black hair and a common Japanese haircut is Skuld.

@@JoelBurger Xehanort himself mentions that Skuld looks like his mom 2:43 but he wouldn't be able to infer that it was actually her just like he couldn't infer the player was the same person he was sitting with but he felt they were similar.

@@Kaleb_SMILE Or, you know, he is just saying they are similar and there is nothing more to it. Xehanort's mom literally has a different eye color than Skuld. This is why people think KH is confusing, they couldn't muster up an ounce of critical thinking ability to save their lives.

basically we didn’t learn nothing substantial for kh4. Just one true darkness is powerful. I was right about vantias being one of the true darkness. The blue hooded guy was the player (didn’t really care).There’s no secret kh4 or missing link trailer. This final should have been happened. Nort is the grand child of ephemer ( funny how he helped Sora in kh3). Just another bunch of mobile game nonsense AGAIN glad this series is over all these mobile games better be important for kh4 because it definitely mostly wasn’t for kh3. Pls nomera no more mobile after missing link.
