I like how for the first 4-5 hours of the game you have the kingdom key, making you think it's just your only weapon. Then as soon as you complete Deep Jungle, they start giving keyblades out like it's nothing.

To be honest, it should have been a thing where when you closed keyhole and met certain criteria your keyblade could evolve.

Final mix only(not available on ps2): Diamond dust keyblade one winged angel keyblade Meteor strike staff Fantasista staff Mighty shield Seven elements shield .... Just finished replaying it on my ps2 and figured I'd put that information out there for retro players.

@That Guy first off, vintage game shops are all over, just google them In my city there is over 25 vintage game shops. Secondly, you can find a ps2 slim on eBay for $100 with free shipping. Actually browse the search options instead of jumping on the first result.

Admittedly I facepalmed when I realized I need Aeroga and Stopga to get some of the new materials from 2 specific Final Mix Heartless, I just made it back to Hollow Bastion just before fighting Behemoth (I'm at level 47 and picked the Shield at the beginning), these guides have been helping me out so far :D

I really miss the old guides quit straight to the point and tells you exactly what you need to do no useless information thank you for not making this complicated

An easy way to get the dream shield would be to go to the final rest in the end of the world and go into the room before. Every spell charade is available to the mushrooms in that room.

no no yes but that brings the likelyhood of the spell you want to show up, it brings it down, for stop and for gravity, which are the two hardest, go to Holoween town and Atlantica unrespectively.

It'd be great if you could do these type of videos for the rest of the games. Yours are the best guides I have found.

I've always had trouble with getting the dream rod. I managed to get all 3rd level spells and meet the requirements for the Dream Shield and Dream Rod but would only receive the shield then get the option of training magic or going to the underground waterway

Something that’s always annoyed me is that you get the metal chocobo key blade and then right after you get the Olympia keyblade. What’s the point in giving the keyblade right before you another that is better. Thanks for the video though, keep up the great work

In the original version the Metal Chocobo was stronger than the Olympia. Basically it gave you the option of either taking the MP loss with the Metal Chocobo in favor of more attack power and greater reach, or the Olympia with less reach and attack power, but no MP loss and more likely to inflict critical damage. With Final Mix, that went right out the window. There's absolutely no reason to use the Metal Chocobo now.

It will save after every 10 rounds so if you lose at round 19 you can start over from round 20 i believe.

@@ShadyRiku If you have completed the Hades cup, it doesn't matter. For the Sora only run and Time limit run you have to start from the start. I haven't checked a second try since there is no need when you get the item. I ALSO BEAT SEPHEROTH! I did this on level 83. All that is left is Xemnas.

Aw man thats so unlucky. Make sure you have lucky strike ability on the whole party if possible. I swear Defender Shields are rarer than Wizard Staves because everyone including myself has trouble 😥

Im having trouble with the wizard stave not the defender shield I quite quickly got it after starting to grind defenders for synthesis material. This most likely has to do with my weird luck where I can easily get rare things but not common things

Little bit, but its not too bad. Use Wonderland for Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, Deep Jungle for Cure & End of the World for Aero, Stop & Gravity.
