Kingdom Come Deliverance - Is it Too Hard?

Ойындар

Kingdom Come Deliverance came out almost 6 years ago and with Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on the horizon, I figured it would be time to revisit this masterpiece in Role Playing. I have a lot of friends who have said the game was either too difficult or too complicated for them to play. Blogs online confirm that a lot of gamers experienced similar things. Even a younger version of myself had struggled to get to grips with it. So it made me wonder, is Kingdom Come Deliverance to hard? Well in this video I plan on examining it and answering that very question.

Yes the beginning in so peaceful until it isn’t lol once you’re out in the world you sort of feel lost and it’s supposed to be like that. Makes you try to find a place in the world and the game does a great job of making you feel inferior to the world. It’s so rewarding once it happens.

Sounds interesting. I just bought Kingdom Come Deliverance with some DLC. Now I'm confused though as to whether my bundle includes Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. To me, the best part of any game is the beginning of the first play through. If I go slow, I should enjoy it. Fallout 4 Survival has lots of immersion, and I add immersion to it with mods. But I've played Fallout 4 survival for a few thousands of hours. Finding anything I don't remember how to do is almost impossible Sounds like Kingdom Come Deliverance will be a refreshing change

Yes I think it’s quite similar to the survival mode of fallout 4 (or at least in some aspects) so if you enjoy that you’ll probably enjoy this. It’s just a huge time investment. But I completely agree with you in that these survival aspects in game add immersion. I know some people who really don’t like them, but for me it really enhances the experience. Slow and steady is the way to go with this game. They have a survival mode as well but that is really difficult with no map or anything. I might try it after but it’s worth starting a regular playthrough first I reckon. Good to see you again as well! You were the one who inspired me to play fallout 4 on survival!

It’s easy once you get skilled. Now I’m killing enemies with 3-5 stabs or slashes, even surrounded by groups of enemies. It’s become one of the most fun combat systems in any game now due to the realism of the combat. It’s sad people put aside the game because they are impatient with the combat. A peasant being skilled in combat would be unrealistic, and for a game focused on realism, that would be unrealistic.

Honestly yesterday I did one of the DLC side quests, and it was a fight between like 10 vs 10. After 2 minutes my entire team was killed and it was me vs the other 10. Against all odds I won and defeated them all! The feeling of reward was huge. Why? Because of the struggle I went to in order to reach those levels. I had to struggle so much and keep losing every battle against a bandit. After struggling and training for hours upon hours, I finally got Henry strong enough! But the point is, without the struggle, success wouldn’t be as good! The struggle is what makes it worth it! And the combat itself is so in-depth! It’s so enjoyable once you get to grips with it and I hope they keep it the same for KCD2!
