Theres a reason why she caps at 40. Its so you dont have to start 90 levels at TH13 because pissants would complain and moan. Lvl 50 king is equivalent in relative power to lvl 1 Champion. They both gain about 40 levels from there. Which you see at exactly 50 she starts loosing

unlock king at th 7. unlock rc at th 13 after inferno towers, eagle artillery and even x-bows the rc at level 1 is slightly better then king at level one when unlocked

Wtf? On her standards, that's like a 90lvl king, the king is unlocked way before her, that ain't how balancing works, they just don't want her to be upgraded 90 times when she's unlocked in mid-end game
