I want more of king's indian cause i struggle at this
You were hilarious in game 3 😂😂😂
@MrYounis26
Ай бұрын
I unironically do that (minus knight chuck flex) because im too focused on how to open up kings position when i have my attacking pieces aimed at him
You did well on Game 3 until the Ndc5 flexing shenanigans. But turns out White defended super well because of some engine assistance. The account is banned right now. Anyways, even tho I stopped playing KID many years ago, I learned a lot from this. Thanks! I Been watching you along with Danya. Hopefully against higher ratings, it would be longer time controls. But Blitz is okay too, as long as there's increment. Thank you for the chill free lessons! Very fun and calming to watch.
I absolutely love your videos! You are very insightful and you have made me grown over 100 elo in just 1 week! I’m quickly heading to 2000!

Awesome. I look forward to the day I hit 1000 lol
Game 2 was so instructive - I love Your stuff at this elo range. The way You keep Your cool against those fantastic patzers who often get me to blunder away a W by being annoying.
YESSSSSSS! Been waiting for this to drop.
This is so instructive Alex Haha and that game 3 was hilarious
Yo you and some of the other popular IM streamers should set up 8-10 game blitz matches. You vs Rosen or Levy…you guys are evenly matched and the videos would get a lot of views
Hey Alex, thank you so much for all of your high quality content. I'd love to see you play the Grünfeld defense in a video.
I dont even play kings indian, but i will watch any video alex banzea will upload

Been asking for this for months!
Thank you! Just a fan of your videos lol
Hi Alex, I enjoy your content. I would love to see another Kings Indian Attack/Defense speedrun from you. I enjoyed the last one.
Hi Alex - Thanks for the great content.
good vidio alex, keep up the good work
I 've tried the KID without great succes ( i am an average player 1400 ish). Your KID's video comes on point :). However i saw you playing the French and the CK within the 1400/1800 elo range , you ended the game very often faster with way more pieces over the board. The KID seems to be very complicated even for this range, you finish cause you are a master but your opponent is way less brutalized. I am nearly sure this opponent against your French or CK will have be beaten faster...; this for my pov, KID seems to be very complicated and less "efficient" than the French or the CK which are more "direct"
AH YES FINALLY I HAVE BEEN WAITIBG FOR MORE KINGS INDIAN IT LIKE FEELS LIKE THIS WILL BE GOOD CHEERS FOR SHARIBG / creating cheers boss cheers
Have been playing King's Indian for awhile, but have been losing a lot games. Thanks for these beautiful ideas you show, Alex❤
Incredibly good instruction!!!
bro your so funny naturally. very entertaining to watch
Would love to see a video of when to play King's Indian vs Grunfeld.
this aperture looks and results to be quite complicated. I triy to use it systematically after 1.d4, or 1.c4 but get lost soon. I would very much appreciate a playlist with a few more games explained, like the Caro or the Jovaba London. This is really great content. Thanks Alex
More great content from a great presenter. Best part was where you tried to be flash with the knight and then couldn't get the check-mate but still won, legend.
I started chess 7 months ago and this is the only opening I use for black and I have no idea what I’m doing sometimes so this was helpful
a video on kings indian attack is needed
6:22 thanks for the chess videos all these years. I would actually watch more chess videos on how to draw on demand against higher rated players
Seriously? You have a third opening idea? Besides the London and Caro-kann? amazing 😂

Your new Filipino subscriber here... Manuhay a d God bless...
12:45 the word you were looking for is “persists”
“Daniel Naroditsky would be an example of GigaChad” lmao someone send this to Danya
Thanks!
1:03:40 "You want to remember that whenever you have an endgame, you want to use your king like it was Manuel Neuer" I lost it, that's one way to make me remember abour king activation forever. Great video as always, I keep improving thanks to you!
If the pin is ' maintained ' was the word you were looking for...but your English is good enough Alex. Another great video!
Love your videos! At 24:10 a Bxg2 just before Rc3 would have been one more slap in white's face.
The word you were looking for in game 2 was persists

I’m sure you know but I think in game 3 if you didn’t do Ndc5 you would’ve been good, the only reason he moved his bishop, is because of that knight move
Thanks a lot for the KID videos. Its my favorite opening
When putting the queen in front of the rook you could call it the Royal Ramrod, the Majestic Mauler or the DP.
Hi Alex, Please make a Black defense Chessable course for D4 and other lines. Maybe King's Indian or Slav defense. ❤🎉
"If the pin persists" is a proper way to say it. :)
I'm very curious about Alex's opinion on the Dutch. Reminds me of the KID, with the trade-off of weakening the a2-g8 diagonal in exchange for a stronger attack.
Andrea Botez won one of her best games at the Sardinia tournament using the Kings Indian. With her opening repertoire , It is obvious she is a student of the Alex Banzea school of chess.
Thanks for the secret sauce, gangsta 🎯🎯
Thanks Alex for uploading on the King's Indian I am 900 Elo and my goal for this year is 1000 ELO, I'm going to learn the Caro cann and the King's Indian as my defense against e4 and d4 And I'm going to have the Ponziani, Scotch gambit and Jobava London as my reportoire I'm always happy when Alex uploads If you can see this Alex THANK YOU SOO MUCH❤😂❤❤
i like it, i liiiike it. i am debating whether to play the hippo exclusively or kings indian exclusively.
@joebrowse5338

You can always start with g6 Bg7 d6, and if white goes c4 d4 Nc3 you transpose with Nf6 after E4 :)
My first proper opening that i played for at least 30 games as black was pirc when i was a complete noob, and learned KID is better fundamentally for beginners so played it
How could I take your coaching? I am from India. I want to take chess classes from you.
vrem unu cu King's Indian Attack
Bro rly said to strap on 😳
your life hack is king's indian. my life hack is waking up every morning and pissing in the sink. we are not the same.
can you make more grunfeld videos? :)
Wow :) KID… Alex You are a great scholar . Please do more of your KID work…Thank You :)
Queen/Rook battery is what it’s called.
Amazing vid as always. I have a question: what do you do against 4 pawns attack?
@AlexBanzea
Ай бұрын
break with c5-d5-e6 (when the e5 break no longer works well, we switch to c5 usually)
Game 2: don’t open the center before castling.
Nice video. Could you please make a video on the bishops Oppening?
good video, what a clown fiesta 😂
Bro casually ignored brilliancy in second game and moved forward
Can you play more games with the sauce (qe8) please 🙌🏼
Hello Mr Alex can you please make a video on playing kings Indian as white. Is it viable for low elo (1500)
STRAP ON!!! 😂🤣😂🤣
Wasn't there the queen trap in game 2 after Knb5 with a6 followed by rook b8?
What happened to Caro-Kann?
I play d4 as white and I'm only 2200 on lichess so usually against the King's Indian I'm objectively lost, but my opponent doesn't know how to attack and I defend and then win. Thankfully they're not watching your videos! Usually I hate "humor," but you're actually pretty funny. Well done!
Please improve the video quality. 1080p doesn’t look like it
The KI does not work against e4?
In the first game with h3, if white plays g4, black can still go f5, right after some preparation? Thanks
@AlexBanzea
Ай бұрын
Still f5 yes (and if Rg1 is on the board make sure to have Kh8 before pushing f5)
You have anything for under 500 elo?
I played kings indian and jobava all time all day but in jobava nowadays i feel very boring to play it can u make a vdo on playing e4 ruy lopeZ or italian
Game 3 is the funniest game u ever played and u was very shocked u refused to remove ur hat to ur opponent 😭😭😭
lol - “The gods of chess are trying to bite me by the ass”😊
Does this video mean that we should be expecting a King's Indian Defense course on Chessable in the future? ;)
I play Jobavo, Caro and KID for glory, exclusively thanks to the teaching of ONE MAN, Daniel Nar. . . I mean Alex Banzea.
Hi nice thank you
Alex is making Kendrick look like a slouch with two uploads in one week

I knows it's asking for too much, but I'm fiending for some more Jobava content.
your opponent in game 3 (FlyingRacoon55) was banned due to fair play!! So... You (basically) Almost Checkmated Stockfish!!!! EDIT: I just realized that @kurozawa6 has already pointed this out...
Could you make a new video where you play against 1000 elo players? This opening would be extra good! And there you could say how to punish their bad moves and explain why it is bad😅 I like you as a player and as a KZreadr so thank you!🙂
Game 3 guy got banned for fair play violation lol
Caro or This? Probably doing it wrong but been fianchetto transitioning from Caro at times which is probably a bad idea
I'm Romanian too love Romanian ❤🇷🇴
Lol life hack takes a turn for the worse, luv your games
wow, why are there indian flags on either side in the intro.. indian boi alex
I think we need a new speedrun with white Jobava London and against 1.E4 the sicilian and 1.D4 the kings indian . Like the comment if you guys think so too🫶
10:08 what? Botez gambit declined?
please also another grünfeld video, if you could please collect some new games. thank you.

Bro, London is a trash opening for White because players play it as a system against everything ! It’s pretty lame and not particularly ambitious . It’s often a lazy chess for lazy players
