The Jungle Book from 1994 with young Lena Headey showing her potential for the great things that came a couple decades later when she became Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones. And who can overlook the wonderful Mr Faulty Towers himself John Cleese; seasoned actor Sir Sam Neill & that strapping young man Jason Scott Lee as Mowgli. Of course it wouldn’t be the Jungle Book without all the animals & though they don’t talk in this adaptation, they’re still lovely. A good, clean family movie. 😊

The title is misguiding as Mowgli was raised with the wolves as Tarzan is a totally different personnage raised with lions. I love the old version of the Jungle Book according to Rudyard Kippling's novel yet this more recent version is also quite impressive. 🦉
