*MAJOR SPOILER WARNINGS* It's a damn shame they decided to kill off Bill-Chan when they did, it felt so nonsensical when his ex-wife Lenore suddenly appeared to shoot him in the back during the infamous and completely bullshit Redcorn's Revenge arc during the 6th season finale. That's not even remotely what happened in the manga. Maybe if they spent more time staying true to their original source material instead of making pointless filler episodes like the fucking beach arc, which was literally nothing but Peggy, Luanne, and Nancy fanservice, which is complete and utter bullshit because by that time they'd already skipped 2 incredibly plot crucial arcs. Seriously, the anime was good but it had some serious problems the manga never did. At least the animation and music quality have remained consistently solid throughout the seasons. And now we find out that the animation studio ran out of fucking budget, so there won't be a 7th season, at least not anytime soon. Honestly just stop at the 5th season and start reading the manga from there, it has a much better and well rounded plot structure for the later arcs, and it actually has a satisfying conclusion.

Well we give advice all the time. It's very rare that we're able to look inside ourselves and follow it as well. Honestly, I know Bill is played out as being this sad, pathetic person that we're all suppose to watch suffer because it's funny, but he does have a point. He screws up, he fixes his mistakes, he tries again, he screws up, fixes his mistakes again, tries again, and so on. Most people think less of him because he doesn't get it right the second time around. I think he's amazing because even if he might not get the lesson the first time, he's willing to keep on trying until he learns it instead of giving up. And no matter how many times he screws up or falls into those holes he digs, he'll still get the motivation and energy to go into that alley with his best friends and crack open a beer with them, and listen to any problems they may have without once complaining about himself or any problems he may have. Is he perfect? No. But he's actually trying darn it, and that's a lot better than what most people can say about themselves. If someone like him can find his way to get through everything life throws at him, than so can I. So can all of you reading this.

Actually, this is a common misunderstanding. When this was translated over for the English dub, the definition for Hill and mountain are the same in the English dictionary and was never caught before final production.

Honestly it's great continuity on the show's part that Bill can just straight up Hulk out when the occasion calls for it, lest we forget that he was in fact, "The Billdozer."

No kidding. The show plays him out to being a sad pathetic old man, but we gotta remember a few things: He was a star football player, to the point where he was nicknamed "The Billdozer" because he could literally mow down any number of players trying to tackle him head on. Then he joined the army and fought the FULL length of the Vietnam war. Even with two decades passed doing nothing to stay in shape, he MATCHED his record setting score in football with only his lack of personal upkeep being the only thing that hindered him. When the neighborhood ended up getting those trio of body builders that moved in, he joined in working out with them and got to their level of fitness in a matter of a few WEEKS. And then in this episode, he's got a entire living room of furniture falling on top of him probably ranging of at least several hundred pounds, at a steep incline, in the trailer of a truck bouncing full speed backwards down a damn mountain. When he slammed into all that furniture, he didnt even need to hesitate for a second to brace himself before he completely changed the momentum to pushing it all back where it was. Say what you want about him, but theres no denying that when he wants to, Bill can go from sad sack to literal power lifting force of muscle and sheer grit when he needs to.

Gotta say my favourite arc was Master Dale when he built himself up only to give it all up to defeat Perfect Roach Swarm.

Keep in mind Bill was also pushing however many mph of force the truck was generating as it reversed down the hill, along w/ the full weight of the furniture, all at an incline. The Bill-Dozer.

I was amazed until the flashback, that flashback hit harder than theoriginal scene

While this was a great moment, the best attack still has to be Earth Style: Pocket Sand Jutsu

Watching Hankuru-san navigate that truck backward is more tense and inspiring than any scene in any Anime ever. And then the Ronan Birru Dauterive is such an unsung hero when he stopped the cargo from shifting by himself. Legends.

This show just never gets old. I still have to watch it once every couple of years it it just doesn't ever grow irrelevant. A masterpiece.

My favourite part was when Hank defeated frieza using the ultimate hamon propane. Plus the scene after where Bobby reveals he was Kira all along was pretty cool too.

Brandon White a lot of people say that Bill is pathetic and spineless, but look at his story, he was a high school football star, tried to enlist to serve his country, and loyally defended his friend Hank as a youth (and still does as an adult). Bill is a good man, but Lenore leaving him was what broke him and he was never the same... if anything, the story of William Fontain DeLatour Dotrieve is a cautionary tale about how one selfish and evil woman can really ruin your life
