It's very easy u can try it. Puffed rice, chilly, garlic, coriander, red chilly powder, boiled potatoes, mustard oil ( other oil) and then lemon

Nothing is being washed. Not that it matters because the water would be contaminated. That OIL...don't know what to say. I am amazed I consumed jhal muri loads and am still alive ;) This is from Bangladesh btw.
