Caps, they are filled with real gun powder and the hammer strikes the caps like a real bullet, each individual circle is what contains the gunpowder giving you a select amount of shots like a real revolver until you require a reload. The caps go for around 3 bucks (cad) per package which usually contains 9 to 16 of these caps. The revolver here is most likely an online buy as for the cap gun revolvers that you get beside the caps are usually plastic small and cheap in the dollar store. But they go for about 4.50 dollars. It is a good investment for this metal one in the video as it is less likely to break unlike the plastic ones. Your welcome
