Rwenzururu Kingdom in south western Uganda is one of the smaller cultural institutions in the country. Dust has now settled there after an earlier protracted battle for the kingship between Charles Wesley Mumbere and Swalleh Bisikania that went on for years. Mumbere won that war and was coronated on 19th October 2009. The new king speaks of many challenges in improving the lives of his subjects estimated at 300,000 people.
