Every year the royal family goes on a 'region-tour'. They choose one region where they make official visits to a number of local communities. This year, 2024, the tour went to southern Norway. During his time King Harald has managed to visit a great number of muncipalities, after this year's tour he can check off 346 out of 357. Now there are only 11 rural muncipalities left, and King Harald has expressed that he has an unofficial goal to make all of them.
