Adrian has a tremendous vocal range - singer is nailing it!!! The song is not the song without the narrative. When we saw Lennon/Claypool Delirium cover it, they also used Adrian's famous recording live on stage! Bravo!

This the first cover I've heard of this song and I love it! Time to track to Claypool's version next.

The song name is an anagram of "heat in the jungle", which is a reference to crime in the city. You repeat this mantra to protect you from trouble. 😀 But I think the original pronunciation is "jeenjeet". The "gi" sounding like the "jee". Anyway, fantastic cover! Thank you!

Catalin hay que llevar la música de King Crimson en la sangre,corazón,mente y piel. Además de su complejidad musical, el color de los tonos y las variedad de tiempos musicales hace de K.C.u grupo de culto.Personalmente me quedó con la formación Fripp,Bradford,Belew y Levin. Aunque "alma" de las notas musicales es Robert Fripp consiguió unos compañeros de primera para interpretar su música.Saludos desde La Paz,Canelones Uruguay

@@motnosniv I've watched a lot live versions to confirm this, both old and new, and in NONE of them Adrian sings it with a hard G. A minor nitpick, since this cover is pretty good, but still not how Adrian actually sings it.

Most excellent. Any band who can play King Crimson and nail it has my respect. Great job!

It is a dangerous place indeed, i.e. attempting to nail the playing of Robert Fripp. Which is not to say that Adrian Belew, Bill Bruford and Tony Levin aren't technically brilliant (as well as soulful, jazzy and funky). But Fripp is really in a league of his own. A Crafty league. So props to you! And I think those guys (Fripp, Belew, Bruford and Levin) won't kill you for sure. They might gang up on you, but only to tell you much they like what you've done with the place. Rock on, my dudes, and be excellent to each other.

Impressive doesn't really cover it. It's obvious that these guys are fans but also that they've played and studied for years. You can't do it like that unless you know what you're doing.
