King Charles III - Serenade before the state banquet at Bellevue Palace
The occasion is the 3-day state visit of King Charles III. and Queen Consort Camilla of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Germany.
The video shows the setting up of the post of honor and the trellis of guns at Bellevue Palace to welcome guests to the state banquet on the first evening of King Charles III's state visit. and Queen Consort Camilla. In addition, all the pieces of music and a large number of the guests can be seen. The video ends with the Bentley pulling up with the royal couple to the sounds of the March from the time of Frederick the Great (composed around 1700) and the parade of the trellis of guns. The staff music corps plays under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Reinhard Kiauka.

We have a special relationship with Great Britain. Not only historically, but also in terms of our values. In dark hours and when international law is being abandoned, it is nice to receive friends. @@suppenlilly Our royal families surname was Saxe Coburg Gotha until 1917 , and the Mountbatten Royal surname was actually Battenberg, we are closer than we think, we call our race as Anglo Saxons, most of us are between 9 and 19 percent German, hello cousins 🍻

Sie waren tagelang damit beschäftigt, Zeremonien zu servieren und dem Publikum dabei zu helfen, wunderschöne Aufnahmen zu sehen.

The President's wife is very lovely. Looked stunning today in the red dress with matching hat and the purple evening gown. Camilla's massive diamond encrusted tiara is amazing. The band is working very hard this week.

As a former soldier (conscripted) of The Royal Swedish Army, I fondly can ditect that world famous German diciplin and precision still exists. That Preussian tradition is very much still alive...
Sehr beeindruckend. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass Deutschanld so einen sensationelle Empfang dem König Charles III und QC Camilla anbieten würde. Alles auf Takt organisiert, die Musik war extrem schön gespielt. Man enteckt immer was neues.

I'm going to watch this again. I enjoyed the music, the guest parade, the soldiers, and Queen Camilla's dress was inspirational. I think it suited her with the crown and she looked beautiful, if a little nervous and aware of the heavy crown. The lady in pink also looked elegant and lovely. It looked very cold, but long evening dresses look better with a short jacket, a shawl, a long coat of matching colour, or a fur coat of any length. Puffy jackets and any old coat regardless of colour and shape look a bit sad.

Jubelkläge, ein sehr schönes Stück von Ernst Uebel, leider selten gespielt. Irgendwie fehlt mir doch das Glockenspiel (Lyra), gerade bei Jubelklänge und Marsch der Medici.

From the USA here but spent many years in Europe back in the 1940’s. I’m also a very strong supporter of the Royal family. Very impressed with the wonderful welcome given King Charles on his visit. The music here was excellent as well.
Eine super Musik, einfach toll gespielt 👍ich hätte es schöner gefunden, wenn man auch gesehen hätte wer alles rein geht. Wenn in England etwas vergleichliches geschieht, sieht man die Menschen zumindest von vorne. Aber vielleicht gibt es da noch andere Videos.

Dann suchen Sie nach Videos vom anschließenden Defilee. Da kann es je nach Bildposition aber auch passieren, dass Sie nur die Rücken der Gäste sehen. Hier gab es wenigstens die Chance, dass sie sich zu einem Foto auf der Treppe umdrehen und einige hat man erkannt: Merkel, Giffey, Merz, Lindner, Campino, Bas, Schuster ...

War nicht der koburger, sondern der marsch aus der Zeit Friedrichs des großen, auch alter Fritz genannt. Der marsch hat keinen direkten Namen, ist aber für mich einer der besten, sehr erhaben.

@@cosmopolit670 ich glaube wir schreiben grade aneinander vorbei, während des Koburger Marsches lt Zeitangabe von Herrn Baumann läuft ein Herr mit Kamera im Bild herum, ebenso eine sehr ansprechend Aussehende junge Dame mit eine Armbinde der Polizei dafür habe ich mich versucht auf ironische Art zu bedanken. Man kennt es ja von sich selber wie froh man ist wenn man filmt oder fotografiert wenn da plötzlich jemand im Bild steht der da nix verloren hat. es ging mir weder um die Musik in diesem Moment noch um den zukünftigen König von England. Ich war 12 Jahre Soldat, wir hatten zu meiner Zeit jedes Quartal Gelöbnis, somit ist mir der Marsch aus der Zeit um 1700 durchaus ein Begriff damit marschierte die Truppenfahne zur Mitte des Explatzes für die Abordnung der Rekruten, so jetzt hab ich meinen eigenen Witz durch erklären zerstört. Lied ....... Aus 🤣

Ich weiß es ja nicht, aber hat man Frau Bas nicht gesagt, dass sie nicht zu einer BT Sitzung, sondern einem Bankett geschickt wird?

Die Bundestagspräsidentin Frau Bas war den ganzen Tag über im Parlament. Da sie das gleiche anhatte wie heute morgen bei der BT Sitzung, schätze ich, dass sie einfach keine Zeit hatte und direkt vom Bundetag zum Schloss gefahren ist.

@@shift.2238 Sorry, das geht halt nicht. Sie weiß von dem Termin sicher seit Monaten, mindestens Wochen, und hat eine Horde von Mitarbeitern. Sie ist die 2. Frau im Staat und hat da nicht aufzutauchen, als würde sie einen Baumarkt in Duisburg eröffnen wollen. Die nächste ist Frau Hasselmann: Sie geht da hin, als würde sie ein Sommerfest in einer Gartensparte oder ein Schwimmbad besuchen. Auf der Einladung steht Abendgarderobe. Wenn die Leute darauf keinen Bock haben, sollen sie diesen Veranstaltungen fern bleiben.

@@mato15 Ich sehe das ganz ähnlich, fürchte aber, dass Frau Bas einfach bisher wenig Händchen für ein angemessenes Kleidungs- und Erscheinungsbild entwickelt hat. Das müsste sie ja auch gar nicht mal selbst machen, sie könnte sich ja von berufeneren Leuten beraten lassen. Das hat Frau Merkel zu Beginn ihrer Kanzlerinnenzeit auch gemacht, und mit Erfolg.

Well I was waiting for the English king to arrive at the state banquet I did enjoy listening to the staff music corps serenading guest as they arrived for the banquet under the direction of Lieutenant colonel Reinhard Kiauka' excellent German precision, well played. However, I'm left wondering if the English king will be able to entertain foreign guest half as well due to massive financial constraints. The king has publicly admitted that significant belt tightening is necessary due to a lack of financial support. It is not easy to promote a thousand years of English tradition on a backed beans on toast budget.

They got Financial support esp. from those Crown State but the Gov't was adamant not no splurge too much due to the cost of living.

Drill funktioniert. 9:00 Schon verwunderlich, dass Friedrich Merz wie der "einfache Mann" im Auto gekommen ist und nicht mit seinem Privathubschrauber auf dem Rasen vor dem Schloss gelandet ist. 18:50 Interessanter Wechsel der Schulter.
