Today, I woke up early and went to the garden to harvest fresh round eggplants, while my mother-in-law and beloved daughter stayed at home. When I returned, I quickly prepared an attractive round eggplant stuffed with meat and brought it to the market to sell. As soon as my products were displayed, customers loved them and bought them all immediately. After a busy day, I return home feeling satisfied. My mother-in-law thoughtfully prepared dinner, so I had more precious time to take care of and play with my daughter. Our whole family gathered around the tray of rice, enjoying round eggplants stuffed with delicious and rich meat. Under the cozy lights, the family space becomes warm and peaceful. The bustling laughter and stories shared together make the meal more complete and happy. At this moment, I really feel the fulfillment in my heart, when I always have loved ones by my side to accompany and share.

These perfectly round eggplants are so pretty. Huong's stuffed and fried eggplant dish topped with tomato sauce looks incredible. A lot of work is put into it. The sauce alone made with diced shallots, garlic, tomatoes and spring onions is mouth-watering. With two extra dishes mother makes, the family enjoys eggplants prepared three different ways. Delicious and happy.

Thú thật một điều, tôi thích giống cà tím trồng cách đây nhiều năm, có vị đắng thơm ngon hơn những giống cà tím trồng hiện nay. Và chính vỏ của loại cà tím nói trên là nơi chứa đựng tất cả sức mạnh chống ung thư của cà tím đen và tím.
