Dont feel guilty, there is nothing wrong with how you feel, I have 4 amazing children a roof over my head i do the best for my children and they truly are amazing, all differing ages, 19 18 11 and 6 but I have depression, and its sooooo crap, you feeel low you feel bad then you feel guilty for feeling that way, its a vicious circle, here if you ever need to talk, love from thw UK :-)

Exactly. I’ve realized crying is a release. Getting some emotions out. Getting some heaviness out. I always feel better after I cry. Calm, like a storm that has spent itself. Music like this aids me in being able to do that.
