fun fact: Kim Seon Ho was satisfied with his life in theatre and had money. His shows were often sold out and famous in the industry, he was very happy with that. But then, it was his parents' wishes to see him on tv so he went on and auditioned for Good Manager, went on to be a lead on You Drive Me Crazy. It was enough for him since he felt like he fulfilled their wishes. But then offers kept coming in, 2d1n came too, there he is, not even knowing how much impact his character did for the world.

Than his ex girlfriend claimed that he only thought of his career and wanted to be famous … now you see that he felt so bad that he only apologized without telling his side of the story. He took all the blame from the public and than decided to turn down every offer for this year. In korea to take a step like this is very risky. You risk to lose many fans and future job offers because there are so many rising stars nowadays and you can easily be replaced or forgotten these days. But It just truly shows that he didn‘t really care about the fame and the money. He also donates most of it. He just felt guilty to still stand in public and wanted to take a step back because he was sorry… I hope he is fine now and knows that everyone is on his side and he can happily coming back because everyone is waiting for him 💙

This just proves how intelligent of an actor Kim Seonho is. He really studies his character and the emotions are well thought of. I hope he can bounce back from this controversy because he is really a good actor! We’ll be waiting for your comeback! 💚

In my opinion, he's one of the best male actors from Korea. His acting is very good, he managed to convey and invite us to feel what his character feels. And his acting always makes an impression, remembering even to this day and surely those who have just watched it will also feel the same experience. I guess swoon recognized that kim seon ho was becoming really popular. He’s the only one out of the cast with an individual interview 😅. I’m so proud of him. I knew him from the strongest delivery man first and it’s so nice to see that more and more people are recognizing his talent. Please Support him in 2d1n as well as the rest of the members!! 😊

I watch other actors interviews but non of them are well spoken like him. Since he is an entertainer felt like he can speaks well with the staff and engaging more with the cameras. That is really his strong point. Even here he looks like story teller.

I know u mean well but I feel a lil hurt for the actors cause I love most kdrama actors and actresses. And I would add that most actors don't always express their real life personalities on camera most of the time and try to stay professional although that would've been nice to see....but yeah I do agree with u there...he has a very charming presence both on and off camera^=^

Let's be honest here. Netflix had no intention of making this video, but Kim Seon Ho's performance and the audience's love for Han Ji Pyeong forced them to do it.

Aside from his looks, I LOVE HIS SPEAKING VOICE. I don’t even understand full korean. I rely on subtitles. But there is something in his voice I can’t explain. ❤️

It was the first time i ever saw an actor can describe how they act and prepare for the drama so detail. He definitely a talented and hardworking actor. I didn't know him before startup but he steal the show making me thought he was the main lead. Only until middle of the show that I discovered it is not. I guess is the charm he shown that shines so brightly that led me to this misunderstanding. The mature man characteristic vs his cute dimple, just how amazing this combination was.

It’s to avoid the ugly backlash of the dodal ending. It would not have happened if they didn’t expect people to dislike the drama if he didn’t end up with dalmi. The way he is constantly explaining the character is the condition us to think it’s just a character. He also says, do San and dalmi are meant to be together, to make his audience understand that the ending will not be hjp and dalmi. It’s a good public relations video. But good thing is that he will no longer be a second male lead with his growing fan base.

I’m literally tearing up reading all the comments and seeing that all his hard work is recognized by so many people. Han Ji Pyung felt like a real person just because of Seonho’s acting skills, he truly gave life to the show and he is so humble about it lol. I cannot feel more inspired by him and I can’t wait to see him in another drama! Hopefully we will get to see more of his warm and lovable side. YOU DID GREAT SEONHO!

i've never seen an actor be so focused on his character.. as in obviously actors put in a lot of effort to portray their characters but to go to such an extent.. he imagined every step as his character and put deep meaning into everything and i have to say i really respect that and adore that about him. KIM SEON-HO, FIGHTING!

I hope he gets a lead in his next project. He is such a great actor. His acting is what made me fall in love with his character in Start up. We need more of him.

What's making Seonho's popularity rise post-Start Up is his personality. Korea has tons of good looking actors but that's all there is to it. Kim Seonho has the personality and it shows. It's not about handsomeness or cuteness, he really is something.. I had my fair share of Oppas since I've started watching K dramas 15 years ago, but he really is different. There is something very charming about him 💙 Let's come to acting.. He never forgets to praise his co-stars but truth be told, he is the one who deserves all the praises. No hatred against Joo Hyuk & Suzy but they are far behind in terms of acting. He gives so much importance & details to his role and scenes. For instance, in HomeCha, he sang a song and for that 3 mins scene, he learnt to play guitar. His dedication is admirable 💙 I hope you're doing okay, Seon Ho ya 💙 Eat alot of Tteokbokki and come back stronger 💙 Miss you 🌱

The more he talked the more I was amazed by how he carefully thought all of that when he was acting. This only show his sincerity in displaying the character and that's explained all the love and support people give to his character. He deserved it. I hope he stay that way and even be a better actor. On the other hand, I hope he can stay in two days one night for a long time. I really like the cast for the season and I hope they stay together for a long long time.

Although I've been a huge fan of Nam Joo Hyuk for longer, and enjoyed many of his dramas, Kim Seon Ho really outshined everyone else in Start-Up. His acting was incredible, and all of his scenes were my favorite. They were the ones that made me smile, laugh, and cry the most. I'm so glad he's getting so much attention! He deserves it! I look forward to seeing more from him (hopefully a lead role) in the future!

what make his role stands out is that he always think thoroughly about what viewer wants from his character and he empathize with it. he is a good actor, brilliant...

I'm not trying to stereotype or square him into a certain type of person, but I've paid attention to him in a lot of drama and shows, and he's a really sensitive person. as you can see here, he can feel other people's emotion easily. kinda like an infp or infj. i don't find a lot of men having these kind of traits, and also i feel like we're really alike. this is why i adore and respect him so much. also he's freaking adorable

Whenever actors interview or talk about the behind the scene stories. I always realize that acting really isn't an easy job and it's not all about the looks. The way they think about how they are going to act their lines hundreds and thousands of times is so impressive.

How can I get over this SLS when the actor behind HJP is also this amazing. Seonho is such a humble guy, he managed to compliment every actor without being fake, he really meant it from his warm heart. He also avoided mentioning his popularity as best as he can, at the same time showed how detailed he is when analyzing the character. He put his soul into HJP and it came through to us audience. Through the interview I can be pretty sure that if any other actor had portrayed HJP, the HJP we know and love would have been a totally different guy. @@hannahcalpe5992 yesss, I started watching the show a few days ago, oh my, how sweet and warm a guy can be, Seonho can be better 😂😂. The show is funny and the entire cast just gives off a wholesome vibe, such a good gang for our Seonho to be in 😊😊

I really liked his acting in this series. And his cute dimpled smile is to die for 😭❤️ I really wish to see him in more dramas, as a main lead

This cute pie is actually so sophisticated and passionated on his acting. His gave life to JiPeong and JiPeong brought him fame in return. #KimSeonHo

You can see a good actor in him, because he analysed and talked to the character every single scenes, and he remembered how he felt of all the scenes shown in the video. That's why Jipyeong is so true in him

I genuinely think when the writer wrote Han ji pyeong he wasn’t meant to be too likeable , like even Kim seon ho was so confused why so many people liked him this much . But I think the way he was able to portray the character really changed the viewers to even look past his most harsh comments to them .

After watching homecha atleast 20 times started watching startup with only Han Ji Pyeong scenes🙈.. He is such an excellent actor!! Hoping to see him in new show or movie soon!!!

There's just something about kim seon ho's charm that draws you to him that almost anything he does you just can't help but fall harder

The writer is garbage, the swoon and Netflix Korea is biased and stunch NJH fans, they never organise a Start 😭 Up main cast interview, never showcasing Jipyeong with Dalmi, but here they are milking views and profit from KSH as they can't ignore the huge popularity and people's love for Seon-ho from all around the world. The way the story is being written since ep 10, it's utter bullshit and annoying, everything falls so conveniently into place for Dosan wheh he comes back, meeting Jipyeong when Jipyeong was about to propose Dalmi, calling Dalmi at the exact time when Dalmi was about to call Jipyeong, I mean how much more trashy and cliche ridden a story can be!!?? Park Hyeryun is just sabotaging her own beautifully started story just to satisfy the brainless fans of hallyu stars of the show. And now what!? The whole swoon+Netflix team is giving Seon-ho this type of script to tell on a solo interview that Jipyeong can never be with Dalmi even if he were honest, really!!?? Dalmi didn't date anyone just because he loved the person who wrote her the letters, comforted her in her worst, her first and comforting love, that is Jipyeong, she would never even look at that weirdo dosan if she didn't think he was the person who wrote her the letters. Swoon+Netflix are you doing this to prepare for the trash we are going to get in the last two episodes!!?? Have some shame lowlifes!! It's ok if you guys are paid highly by Soop to promote overrated NJH but stop being such shameless lowlifes. 😡😡😠😠

Han jipyeong is by far one of my favourite characters I’ve ever seen, his story and his personality really touched me and I felt like crying every time there was a scene between him and the grandma, seonho did a great job!

I understand why jipyeong left strong impression to us, it because seonho really work so hard for it. So cool.

i am amazed by how he delivered his words thoughtfully and so genuine. Love how he talked kindly and sincere about other actors so it made me like and appreciate them too. I love the fact he thought a lot for every scenes and for Han Ji Pyeong character. So eye opening for me regarding actor job. Kim Seon Ho, you are a brilliant actor with good and humble personality. i am sure you will get many awards for this drama in 2021. I am rooting for you! Wish you successes and happiness many many years ahead.

He is one of very few actors that made me cry watching him cry in the drama. Best male k drama actor for me! KIM SEON HO TEAM!

They knew everyone will riot at the ending so they gave us this solo interview of kim seonho being adorable 😭🥺 I dont think the swoon has ever done something like this, exp with actors who arent the main leads. At least they know how much jipyeong and seonho are loved 😭 i will still be rioting btw

This happen because only Start UP main lead and second lead bring character to life perfectly . that make audience fighting to win lovely Dalmi, Team dosan or team JI Pyeong. Mean Start Up Success, we dont care about ranking or who win .we enjoy the show and learn to be CEO 😊❤

You may ship whoever or whatever couple you want, but you can't deny that Kim Seon Ho steals the show. Kudos to him for bringing Han Ji Pyeong, the most interesting second lead character I've watched, to life.

I love this seon-ho’s personality

I am forced to watch Start-up because I know it will be a while before we get to see this awesome actor act again in dramas. "Force" because I know he would have a sad ending in this drama. I discovered him late (only after watching cha cha cha), but I got so fricking hooked after. Never have such hard time getting over an actor in my 10 years of kdrama watching. I just cannot explain that magical power KSH possesses that make him so addictive!!!

He is naturally so adorable..not acting cute or anything just overflowing with cuteness

is it only me or the way he explained how he acted the scenes is peak professionalism to me and it turns me on. this guy kim seonho, what an actor. you deserve more, love. you are doing great! congratulations to start-up and your character's success!

It was because he did well in an acting class at school, the professor wanted to reward him but he had nothing except for a mint-choco candy. No one predict Han Ji Pyeong will be such a famous character, over main lead. Since his screen time is fewer compare to main lead. But whenever he showed up, he lights up everything. Kim seon ho interpretation of Han ji pyeong is so good and loveable. The first time i saw kim seon ho was in start up. While i still like namhyuk, kim seon ho catches many eyes and hearts with his brilliant acting. Then when i started looking for him, i love him even more because of his personality. Now i am a big fans of you Kim Seon Ho ✌✌

Yesss!! Whenever he smiles, the whole world just seems brighter! He has that kind of effect. I legit just blankly stare at him whenever he smiles in any scene.

I literally only saw start up because of kim seon ho, I love his work and his acting, he is so natural! I hope to see him in more dramas, (being the main character this time).

Seon Ho's message to Ji Pyeong shows that he knows Ji Pyeong very well. I got tears in my eyes. I'm so greetful that I could meet you, Ji Pyeong & Kim Seon Ho.

He is so sweet with his little giggles and smiles and those dimples OMG I HATE LIVING IN A WORLD WHERE I CAN'T MEET KIM SEONHO.

wow his acting method is no kidding. responded to another actor's ad-lib and watched Nam Dareum's scene before his scene to synchronize the emotion. this is like the first time I heard an actor would do something like that. perhaps, there're a lot of actors who did that too, but I'm still impressed by the way Seonho oppa portrayed Han Jipyeong. No wonder why people were so empathized with Jipyeong. I hope Seonho oppa will get offered with another unique character in the future that can bring the audience to be in his side. and most of all, THANK YOU SWOONIE FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL VIDEO. can't wait for another Kim Seonho videos in the future ❤

Oh and a nother thing the similarity in the child actor and Ji-Pyong's face really contributed in the continuity and helped connect a lot more with his character I think. I know it's not possible to always find child actors without such similar face but having it really helps the viewer connect with the character I think.♡

No one's gonna talk about how 2D1N members exaggerated that Seonho had been crying for 13 hours while in fact he only cried for 3 hours? 🤣🤣🤣
