I love that Coach Kim MULCHEY .She is one of the ELITES. I live for many years in Texas. & I saw Coach Kim MULCHEY & all that She ever did for Baylor's Women's College Basketball Team. And look all the National Titles She helped give them. Yes. She was the Head Coach & She had har Coaching Staff & great Lady Basketball Players & Teams. But, a Great Coach help gets you to the Playoffs & Final & Final & to the Victories & to The National Championship & Title. And When I heard & read that Coach Kim MULCHEY was leaving Baylor & going to LSU . I knew in that Instant that Coach Kim MULCHEY would help bring LSU Lady Tigers Basketball Team " A National Title " for the Very 1st Time in LSU History. I was so, happy for Coach that She got to go back to her Home State too, to Louisiana. I was praying that God would help Coach Kim & all her Coaching Staff -& Lady Tigers Basketball Team to let this BE The Year Too. And this is only Coach Kim's 2nd Yr as Head Coach there for LSU & She helped bring The National Title Home to LSU & to Louisiana which I like that State alot. I love LSU. I live in Michigan for now..But, I was Cheering & Praying hard that LSU would beat Iowa today & they did. They even Broke a NCAA Women's College Basketball Final Record for Points Scored for the Final Score. And they made a Record too for First Half Points. Congratulations to our Hard Playing LSU Ballers Lady Tigers. You Roared & Clawed & Prowled & Played & Preyed & " Prayed Hard " & Yous One. Not just college it's for the love of ghe game of basketball they gotta love it before they can be anything and go far with it.

This game probably did more to put Women's B-ball on the map than anything since Pat Summit and Geno were battling. Love them or hate them, these LSU girls have big, brash personalities that get eyeballs. Add in Caitlin Clark and you just made thousands if not millions of new fans of the sport today.

@@fuller8705 women college basketball has nothing to do with the WNBA as far as pay. The WNBA is a spectator sport ..like its fraternal orgination....the NBA. Its only profitable by how much the fans pay to see the game, buy tickets and merchandise. Basketball fans. Men and women , will pay watch the NBA before the WNBA. Its not an gender issue...its a lack of interest. Nobody watches the WNBA. Women's college basketball is 10x better than WNBA.

The South Carolina Iowa game tape gave her all the knowledge she needed. Iowa did not even guard for the outside shot and instead concentrated on the interior. LSU shot the lights out from the arc and LSU had to come out and guard against it stretching their defense out. LSU said they were going to expose Iowa and they did just that.

I was rooting for Dawn Staley and her extraordinarily resilient team, but I am so happy for Coach Mulkey and "The LSU Tigers" because they earned this honor out right. Outstanding job Coach!
