Any iron rich food you combine it with vitamin c so that iron will be absorbed properly in the body. Like beetroot if you are drinking juice you can add gooseberry or as salad if u r eating then squeeze lemon. For palak if you are making soup or curry then also u can add lemon. Never combine iron with calcium it alters it's absorption in stomach. Stay safe stay healthy ❤
