@@RichMoneyLTD Everytime someone says something like this it sounds like an exagfgeration but when you actually look into it its arguably true. Young peoples current behaviour and mindsets are so heavily influenced by the kardashians. Even the desperation so many young people have to be influencers (especially girls) is almost the exact result of the kardashians. The attitudes towards sexwork/only fans etc is also largely their influence. Kim convinced so many that filming yourself banging would make your career and now you have a bunch of underage girls trying to get on only fans for their own chance even though Kim's rise was more than just a sex tape. The reason 30 years ago we didn’t listen to the “experts” and go the solar route was because the technology was ASS. It was impossible to change over to electric. Hell, look at the electric cars of the mid 2000’s compared to now. If you installed tech from the early 90s to power your home, it wouldn’t even help. It takes like 35+ years before the systems “pay themselves off.” Not to mention the cost to mine all these materials, the fuel we use to mine them, the toll it takes on the earth mining them, and the disposal of all of these things.

I was just thinking about that a couple of days ago. For those who don't know, Jessica Simpson was a pop star who was married to Nick Lachey who was in 98 Degrees. They had a reality show on MTV about their marriage called Newlyweds. There was a viral moment before social media existed where she read a can of tuna that said "Chicken of the Sea" and she was like "is tuna chicken?"and everybody was like damn she's dumb lol the producers definitely pushed her to play it up. But people talked about it and people would watch to see what dumb shit she would say

"How's that chess working economically", that's the price of war and of course Putin knew, he thought this through, he knew russian economy will take an enormous hit but he still did it after taking everything into consideration. For him, not invading Ukraine'd cost a lot more than getting sanctioned, that's the f*cking chess. Whether he made a right choice or not, we don't know, let's see what will happen, but to suggest that after couple weeks of russian economy taking a hit is somehow bad decision? that's not the fking indicator, the indicator is would Russia collapse or not, or maybe would Putin be overthrown or not, or would Russian economy become isolated like DPRK or not. I thought this Ben dude is smart, but apparently Andrew is more capable at looking things more nuanced way.

There is a certain amount of luck needed to get the ball rolling to get ur name out sure but once ur on its mostly just maintenance. The corporate world is a different beast. Office politics does play a big part in your upward mobility. Getting advanced degrees can help. An in-law of mine is making 7-figures working for facebook, but he was working in the corporate world for 25 years before landing that position. He doesn't play office politics. He is a straight shooter who will tell you the honest truth even if it's not what you want to hear. Some executives value that honesty.
