The whole show is low key about the hosts roasting their celebrity guests 😂😂 Heechul’s just naturally the best. And has been in Kpop and show business so long he knows basically everyone. I love him too, because he’s equally harsh to everyone. He literally does not care how famous or not famous you are. It’s nice because he calls older artists on their BS and often gives attention to those others are ignoring and give a them a chance for screen time

This compliation is from a show called Knowing Bros (or ask us anything in korean) and there are 7 hosts (4 of them are comedians and 3 of them are/were in the music industry) and its set in a classroom. The guests are famous singers, actors, sports people, etc and they give quizzes about themselves to the hosts and they hosts guess the answers and then in the second half of the show, they play games and stuff (its a really funny show)

Just a bit about Heechul, he is a really good singer and part of a 2nd gen group Super Junior that is still active today. Heechul is also know to be a "protector of women" they even have a nickname for him based on that and he's friends with alot of female idols, especially ones under his company SM. He is also currently dating Momo from Twice which before they were official he was very open about his crush in her and now they are actually together its so cute. Many Twice fans were so glad for her to date a man like Heechul

He is from a kpop group Super Junior (a senior group that debuted in 2005, and all the memebers are crazy, funny, witty and hella talented, almost every kpop stan knows who they are, if u are interested, there are compilations of SUJU being crazy and just themselfes). Heechul is known for his savage and funny ments, he's one of the most intelligent persons I've seen. He and Soo geun (another comedian on this show) are so quick-witted and are always so savange and random, and they always know almost all the guests in this show (the show is called Knowing bros/Ask us Anything, it's a really popular variety show in both korea and worlwide and it airs every saturday, they have different celebrities guesting and the concept of the show is less-scrpited and there always unexpected and hilarious situations. So there are 7 fixed members/students on the knowing bros school and everytime they have different students "transfering" from other schools (normally they come to promote the movie, drama or the music they do, or sometimes it's just celebrities who are fan of the show and want to come), and the first corner is about introducing themselves and talking a little bit, the second corner is about guessing, the guests with staff prepare questions about themseleves and the 7 members have to guess the right anwer, and sometimes even if they know the answer the keep saying wrong answers on purpose to make it more funny, and in the last corners they do different games. Also Heechul is a social butterfly, so he knows almost every guest and that's why he can joke and be this savage! And even tho he is blunt and direct, he's also considerate.

Heechul is my bias in Super Junior and what decided this for me was his personality and also the way he makes me smile and laugh

Not only is Heechul respectful of women, he's also respectful of LGBT+! People have spread rumors about him since he debuted about him not only being gay, but having affairs with various celebrity men. Instead of denying the rumors, Heechul would just carry on as he does because he thought if he denied them, he might hurt those fans of his that identify that way. He loves making jokes about the rumors because of how ridiculous they are, and those around him also help make them up because they try to normalize the idea. He is usually the one to dress as a woman on the show because he is the prettiest (his own words), and has no qualms about kissing any of the guys (and has, multiple times). Heechul has expressed that he is not gay in various ways, but never directly said for reasons stated. He's not my bias in Super Junior, but I respect the hell out of him and think he'll be a key component in changing idol culture in several ways. By the way, I also recommend a "Heechul flirting" compilation! You don't really need context for this one other than that most of the clips take place on Knowing Bros (the show featured in this savage video).

I have no doubt in my mind that heechul has the longest and most impressive phone contacts in the world lol- he is loved by EVERYONE and is the most trusted idol especially with the females

The concept of the show is the 7 hosts are the original students of the school, the guests are transferring to their school. So, all of them are the "same age" and are friends here, that's why they look so comfortable with each other. Before the guests are "accepted" to the school, the hosts will ask questions about the guests and ask them to show their skills etc. Each of the hosts have their own character, so Heechul is basically the "crazy" one because he is, hence the savageness. He knows most of the guests here personally that's why he's so savage towards them.

Just for future reference Kim is a last name. In Korea they put the surname first so for example Lee Taemin. Lee is the last name so you just call him Taemin. Kim Heechul you can just call him Heechul 😊

Okay, you don't need to like get offended for them hahaha. The show was like a total funny mess. They tease their guest and the guests teases back. Also, they roast each other in that show because they've known each other in showbiz for quite a long time now. You can also find the gust roasting the hosts in knowing brothers.
