Wow I remember very clearly Melissa saying on the show that she didn't ask Joe for dime to help her with Envy, that she was doing it all on her own. How deceitful seeing that she didn't pay a dime for Envy or its construction.

I’ve been waiting for the Gorgas to be exposed for the longest. Production protects them so much. I’m no Teresa stan but it’s so obvious she isn’t liked by production but the network executives and fans love her and she’s the anchor of the show but production has been trying to do a Teresa take down season for the past 2/3 seasons but never ever expose the Gorgas I find that so interesting 🤨

Medusa is a master manipulator, it’s really low and disgusting how she was bringing up Theresa’s parents and their supposed feud with their siblings as an example to blame Theresa’s family as “rough” while she was saying good things about her own extended family. What’s sad is Josephina sits there and agrees while she is insulting his own parents who recently passed away.

That's how I always thought was their agreement regarding the Envy situation. I mean it was said on the show when airing that Melissa was supposed to be like the face for the store. That she was supposed to be promoting it, posting where she could et. Makes sense why Jackie had enough. Melissa used her as aa way to push her own agenda as if it was her store, her idea and Jackie was just an experienced partner to help her with her store. Why I always felt Melissa would instantly gravitate towards when Margaret started to be on rhonj. So it's not surprising to me at all. I believe this.

For the longest time I didn't watch Jersey because it was mostly known for that table flip scene and that didn't appeal to me. The way I've selected which franchises I was gonna watch, was by watching the reunions first and if that was appealing enough I'd watch the entire show. Just by watching the reunions I thought why is everybody always picking on Melissa, she seems so friendly, she does nothing wrong. I really thought she got a bad rap. After watching everything I can't conclude any different that she has zero personality, there is just nothing there. So I agree.

on the lawsuit, after it got filed, it was thrown out of court. then there was an appeal and got remanded to arbitration. then arbitration stalled and made the partner pay up front for the services, and did not rule in the partner's favor. so the last I heard in 2019 that I could find online was that the partner's attorney wanted to file to get it in federal court. Bravo contract says that any issues have to go to arbitration and you can't sue them directly. I don't get that because if the partner was not a hw, how can Bravo make her go to arbitration? Anyway . . . wow I could use a good defamation lawyer LOL

I mean, all of this could absolutely have happened because Kim had the merch at her store for the sale and stored the rest for Jackie. The only thing is, you never Really know what happens between two people. Couples, friends, business partners...those relationships are deep and at times multiple layers to them exist that the people on the outside, even close to the situation, don't know. You can't Ever know exactly what is going on between two people. You can be directly associated, but what happens between the two will Always be between them. Both sides of a business partnership are going to tell their own version, so just as much as Melissa is painted as a liar or manipulator or wronged the other business partner, the very same could be true of Jackie. Two people so directly oppositional of the sequence of events that took place both have truth and non-truths in there. The reality is, there's just no way to judge a situation you are not a party too. I believe Melissa and Jackie both have truth to tell. Unless One party downright abuses you, the situation or is violent and destructive of the business or steals from it, the responsibility is on both people.

For me, the problem is how much of a reach it is to get there, everyone is ganging up on her to bash her. They're going all the way back to when Melissa was three years old and fought over toys in the playground, to get the tea. Do I think Melissa is perfect, absolutely not, far from it. Just because these people are speaking out, who's to say it's all true? People often have an axe to grind. They need to bring receipts, or prepare to have their own character thoroughly examined. However, it's so obvious this is a manufactured effort. I might add that I'm not a Melissa fan.

@@texan903 I never liked nor disliked Melissa in the sense that she isn’t someone I would’ve commented on in the past but in the last year or so I do think she’s shown more of her truer self. I mean, how many people would have to be on board for this elaborate plan- I just think it's always the way, once one or two people come out with their stories, everyone else feels empowered to do so too, or maybe as mentioned in this podcast they may have done so prior but going up against someone with a bigger platform they were either drowned out or not picked up- harder to do these days with easier reach via social media and influencers, etc. I’m sure many of them do have an axe to grind but I don't think any of what is being said is a lie so it doesn't negate the facts of the matter 😅
