I disagree with Kim D, I think what Teresa is saying was no one knew that Dina and Caroline had a falling out until AFTER Dina left the show. They never fought On camera and traded insults to each other that was done outside of the realm of RHONJ. Even when Dina came back she never bashed Caroline or Jacqueline out of respect for her parents. I think that’s what Teresa is getting at.

All the pieces fell together and it made sense after Dina was attacked in her home and we found out Caroline’s husband is in the mob. You can fall out with your family but never hurt them like that unless if they violently attack you first not over a divorce. The fact someone broke into Dinas house and attacked her and her husband is beyond disgusting. It was a hit. It wasn’t like Dina was airing out dirty laundry she just wanted it to be over with. The way Caroline spoke while on the show flew over our heads. Now when I look back and watch them it’s surprising. Chris let it happen and didn’t stop it. That’s why Danielle had a body guard when meeting Caroline for dinner. Danielle knew about the mob connections and was terrified. Then Teresa running her mouth calling the Manzo family Olive Garden Italian. I’m surprised she didn’t get a threat or get wacked for that statement alone. If I was Italian I would have been offended and if I would have the connections I would have been like “who’s Olive Garden now?”

I agree. I always felt like Danielle got picked on unfairly by the manzos. I didn’t get why Andy tried to have Caroline sort of control the show for the 3rd and 4th years. Like you said David, the audience can tell when a castmember tries to hard to control the show. This was really good!

Danielle calling her husband and child services is nothing new. This was all over the blogs before. There's actually more as to why Dina stopped talking to Caroline and Jacqueline from the beginning, and it's because of all the things Jacqueline said about Project Ladybug being a cover for embezzling money. There was more to this story as well. Caroline defended and sided w/ Jacqueline instead of her own blood sister, and Dina walked away from them. I wonder what was true and what was false.

Caroline and Dina actually reconciled after all that. The final breaks didn't come until later. A scene happened at Caroline's daughter's wedding where a physical altercation took place, involving Dina's married boyfriend. Dina was still married as well and allegedly showed up to the Brownstone, which her now second ex husband co-owns with Caroline's husband. Caroline was floored that her sister did that, which is when Caroline cooled off from her sister. I think both Caroline and Dina have both done some shady things to each other over the years.

First it was Caroline crying and putting the child services to light during the first reunion, but Jacqueline did a lot of crazy behind the scenes stuff and told a bunch her friends and random people on Twitter about Project Ladybug, and that's when Dina was done with her. They'll be cordial, but never the same again. I never heard about Dina bringing him to the Brownstone where her ex is. She shouldn't have don't that. That's a boundary that shouldn't have been crossed.

Once alone and the with Dina. I remember he was at a strip mall and got jumped there and I think a couple of dudes went to jail for that and later it was found the 2nd ex was the one who organized it. Huh crazy. I wouldn't think Dina would turn up at a wedding with her current husband at that time.

@@dinajacobs535 I'm not certain if it was Dina's second and third husbands who had the altercation but I know that her third husband was assailed at some point during Lauren's wedding festivities. I believe the strip mall incident may have been the 2015 attack that led to jail time for the assailants. During interviews, I remember Dina being upset at not being invited to an event before Lauren's wedding but said she was going to the wedding. Lauren really wanted her there, I believe. I don't think they expected her to bring her then boyfriend, which surprised even me. Over the years I think Dina and Caroline have really done unacceptable things to each other, sadly. There are no innocent parties.

So why would Caroline go against her sister like that. Just because a producer told her to? That is screwed up. I also think Caroline and her family , Teresa, Joe Gorga and Melissa, and Joe Guidice have ties with the mafia. They just are not smart enough to make a lot of money to have those homes and life styles legitimately; especially Joe Gorga and Joe Guidice. Plus the whole mysterious murder of Caroline's father and being found in the back of a car in the trunk dead. That reeks of a mafia killing.

Dina had to be incredibly naïve to think that information wouldn't have come forward, even if Caroline hadn't made an insinuation. Caroline didn't actually tell what happened, she just caused a scene that made a good cliffhanger.

The detective that was part of the investigation wrote a book and a short documentary which is probably still online. They cut tiny Manzo into pieces literally naked in the back of a car. That was a mafia hit but since Carolyn’s husband is good buddies with the cops there it’s even said they never revealed what or why it happened

But I would love to hear more about the Manzo/Laurita drama I’m sure Kim D knows a whole lot.

Teresa is correct. They would always allude to things , but not actually say them or openly fight on the show . And there is a lot of stuff floating around out there for years , no one knows if it’s true or not. I personally did hear years later Caroline crying and being mad at Danielle had to do with Dina’s daughter filming. But what about that restaurant scene. Remember it started with the book, why did they have it and why were they showing it around to the beauty salon? First, Dina gets accused of it, then Caroline said something, then her own sister in law Jacqueline calls Caroline a liar. Then, as Dina is pacing the room, Caroline looks at Danielle and says I showed the book, I did. But why? Teresa wasn’t even involved in any of this. But the Manzos did always stop short of saying what they alluded to at the time was about. Caroline and Dina don’t speak and haven’t for years. And allegedly Jacqueline and Chris moved back to Vegas where Jacqueline originally had lived, allegedly to get away from Jersey. And allegedly they don’t speak to Caroline either, but I don’t know. It’s alleged.

Thinking back season 2 when Danielle got her fake monster wannabes to come in and stir up trouble at the Brownstone, why would she take a chance like that knowing she'd be dealing with real "big boys" by messing with the Manzos? And honestly these people don't come after women who make comments on a video I mean for heavens sake they got bigger fish to fry. Then you got the fact that they own and operate a very real legitimate business that takes hours of hardwork daily. The big boys don't usually run stuff like that, it puts too much of a target on them it's wise and it's just too much work. Now they may come in and rough some people up and take a cut, or try to do some illegal shananigans out of the business but they definitely don't put their blood sweat and tears in to run it. Besides all that, Kim D says that she runs with the "Big Boys" so why would she be afraid to comment on anyone else? I'd think she'd be protected, no? And plenty of people have talked about Dinas break in and assault and have lived to walk another day. Not saying the Manzos aren't connected in some way because I have no clue. I just don't see Big Al as a gangster!

But why doesn’t it get mentioned when the crew went to meet up with Danielle’s first ex husband to investigate her and Caroline provided a statement for him when he was suing Danielle. After this Dina and Danielle made amends on ig. Dina would of never made amends with her if that was truly the case. It was a speculation. Honestly Danielle and Dina weren’t even close so how the f*ck would she have known if her father signed it or not. I’m sure it was Caroline that did this to stir the pot. That self righteous pig. Btw Danielle spoke about this at the reunion on season 2. A lot of the things that you guys first heard Kim talk about have been leaked before.

Kim is wrong 100%. Because just recently I rewatched the first three seasons there is no juicy shit on Caroline or her sister. They were Boring on the show. As in for Caroline crying and Kim is trying to say oh the producers told her to do that. No I’m not buying it. How would you feel if your niece was almost taken from your sister. But there was multiple people saying Danielle actually called child services and she was trying to feed Dina’s ex with false information so he would get a court case and take the child.

Let’s say that Danielle did such thing which was never confirmed, I myself would of done it as a retaliation from the constant bullying and harassment from those women.
